There was a sign I saw a long time ago. This saying said "It's none of my business what you think of me". This gave me a whole new perspective on my life, allowing others to think what ever they chose, without affecting me. You may of seen this saying somewhere yourself on your journey through life.
Not easy to focus on oneself when you were told to always think of others before yourself., -- when you live in fear at all times having been broken in twice bysomeone i know, but cannot prove, it is the ultimate of energy consuming to have the energy to focus at all is believe me. Any one can do anything the want has been my experience. Trusting people is a luxury. most difficult, as the fear consumes energy and clear thinking.
