I just realized how unique the jobs in this universe is, the most known ones are the matches, as shown that merc's who work have to appear in a variety of matches from the regular, to the unique, to a variety of others, money must be good even if you lose you'll get some to probably get by, its just that i realized how physically/ mainly mentally drain these events are you are paid to fight and die for a combination of either entertainment/ territory grab, sure you may not die permanently but its still a scary thought, but its mainly the not dying, but surviving punches, kicks, sprains, broken bones, cuts, stabs, pierced, shot/multiple times, burning, explosions, shrapnel, jarrate... yuuck, I mean, I will stop when i hit my pinky toe on the corner of furniture, these contestants have to do it daily, maybe multiple times if their allowed. this universe fascinates me!
This series isn't getting nearly enough attention it should be getting. This series has filled the hole in my heart that has been absent since Team Neighborhood went on hiatus. Somehow I think that our scout friend, P-Rick (Pickle Rick) will be returning in another episode. Thank you so much. o7

It's a series that without a doubt deserves more recognition. My only gripe with this episode is how the situation with Rick was handled. He openly admitted that he had bad experiences in the past with playing fair, and would continuously lose until he cheated (at least that's what I got out his speeches), likely due to how uneven teams can get, and probably got yelled at by the other Mercs on his team even when he tried his best. Instead of being selfish and leaving him to die (at least that's what it looked like the Heavy & Soldier wanted to have happen to him, since they knew in the previous episode of the potential, permanent death server attacks that had a close call to being fatal), they could have either tried to reason with him before the fight got any worse, or, if that wouldn't work, just left him alone after the duel (maybe even help him there as well), so that he could rethink his hate-driven, mistrusted mindset, rather than having the stands beat him to a bloody pulp, having him vent his last moments of frustration and hatred onto the cleaner Scouts before being shot, and wasting all his potential because "oh no, he ate my sandwich when there's likely a hundred more within a miles' distance, that's DEFINITELY worth permanently killing a guy over!". Fortunately his death was only temporary, but that does not change the fact he was still traumatized from the experience in knowing he could have stayed dead forever, leaving me to hope he runs into the other stand users again and lets them know (If they didn't already) that he could have straight-up disappeared from existence had a local Medic (who deserves lots of credit) not saved him from his demise, leaving them to feel guilty (again, assuming they did not know about the no respawn rule) about their selfish acts. Paragraph-wide rant aside, the series still deserves all the likes it can get!
DUUUDE, that engineer PTSD thing was the most actually disturbing thing I’ve seen in a while! This is great work! It must be hard, but it’s cool! Can’t wait to see this series go on, keep on doing this dude, you’ve got a good talent!
Let's just hope that P-Rick actually learned his lesson, because GOD DAMN he got bodied, Jumpsuit shooting him was just putting him out of his misery. Also, that hallucination that Fixer had with the Engineer is the first time that a TF2 animation actually scared me in a LONG time.
I understand P-Rick being a jerk and not following the rules since there might be something from his past that made him being an asshole lets just wait in further episodes
The way I see it, P-Rick has a couple paths set before him that I can see. 1) he genuinely cleans up his act, and later joins the team with KIA and Heavy Guy. 2) He learns an entirely DIFFERENT lesson, and uses the knowledge that death outside a match is death for real and becomes a serial killer.

My T.H.E.O.R.Y That whole respawn system not being disabled feels as though it was left on purpose, not by accident. Janitor has an association with the V.A.C so assuming it was left on for safety purposes in case Fixer and Jumpsuit died for specific reasons. That may have being one of the reasons P. Rick was lucky and respawned. (Speculation) I also feel as though the next episode will be within route 31# and it wouldn’t be the last time we see P. Rick, possibly helping out Fixer and Jumpsuit but for his own benefits. I feels the maker of the robot may have his own purpose especially when planning to retrieve his creation. Plus it makes me think that Grey man maybe the maker

I really admire you for making this. Such good atmosphere and creativity. This really feels like a TV show at this point. I hope Prick doesn't become an antagonist O_o He would be a fearsome enemy with that ability, especially now that he knows when respawn gets disabled. Also I got chills when the Scouts passed by Heavy and Soldier.
I had short plans for P-Rick but everyone seems to be enjoying and want more of him! So I may look more into his character because I will admit it, during development, he started to grow on me and I had to "retcon" his personality a little bit. Glad you enjoyed it, Anyar! Just some speculation here, but when Heavy got his hat knocked off it definitely pissed em off, but I’m not sure if it should’ve affected his stand to the point of elevating its power, what I think was going on here was with the red/orange gem he picked up in Ep 2. After having defeated the Spy from EP 2, we see him pick up a gem that burns his hand a little and we get an ominous moment with Heavy Guy checking if his hand was ok with seemingly no harmful effects (also menacing Jojo symbols came out of it when it fell lol). Anyways back to topic, when we have P-Rick knock off his hat, we see some very similar visual effects that the gem had on Heavy Guy. A purple background (although that just might be the color affecting the background), an orange/reddish orange aura similar to the gem’s color (again this might just be because it’s Crush’s colors when translucent [this is just speculation and could be completely wrong]), but most importantly a slight burn after the use of this extreme power similar to how the gem burnt Heavy Guy’s hand when he picked it up. What I think is that the gem gave him some kind of power that activates when angered to a great degree which would affect his Stand’s power. Then again, this is just speculation from a guy who’s rewatching the series because DAYYUUUUMN, it’s damn good.
The first episode I watched was 6, but even jumping in then, the writing and characters were so well done, everything still made sense. It was almost seeing that episode from the perspective of Smoke. Then going back and watching 1-5 was like watching prequels up to that point and just seeing how it all came together. VERY well done.
Blackimus i want to be absolutely clear on this. You made a feature-length film on your own. In Source Filmmaker, a program that's notorious for being a slog to use. You should be hella proud of yourself... And don't feel bad about taking a break! A big artistic statement like this is so much better than the constant stream of content youtube nags you to make. This feels like a TV show I'd come across late at night as a kid on that one relatively new TV channel that hosts many weird, wacky and underground shows! Who knows maybe this will get featured in some TV channel one day as an adaptation! Great work lad!
I like seeing the way you portray the normal fighting part of tf2 gameplay as sports sort of, and the after math of people who actually have to go in after the game and clean it up. Definitely my favorite sfm series

But these characters are from the Crash Maul Channel, I was imagining the four or both of them: Heavy Guy and Kia know the four characters from the Crash Maul channel, you know: Epic Scout, Taming Engineer, Rabid Heavy and White Spy. Just imagine, four TF2 characters meeting the two of their series. Characters who are great skilled fighters getting to know each other, I would imagine it would be exciting.
Hopefully Jumpsuit and Fixer would find a “ Mysterious Arrow” to become stand users to join Kia and Heavy Guy so they can become the Mercenary Crusaders
I love the aesthetic from the characters that are being controlled as if a player was controlling them from the guys that aren’t being controlled and know what’s happening.
The text-to-speech in this video is fucking phenomenal. The tones are excellent, the pronunciations are all proper, and the volumes of the voices match the pitches so that the characters actually sound like they’re trying to shout or be quiet.
I. Absolutely. LOVE. This. The Horror! After the first jumpscare at 4:30 I HAD GOOSEBUMPS! You just HAVE to make more! It's GREAT! You're absolutely ROCKIN' my boy. It definitely requires more attention from viewers!
I loved this very much. The psychological element along with the superb character building really sets the scene for when the characters minds start to remember past actions (Or lack thereof). Kia being rather pragmatic & stotic knows the consequences of not learning from you're mistakes after watching his friends die to the enemy from lack of experience. Heavy Guy being sad about his friends dying strives to save his new friends and keeps an optimistic outlook albeit a little misguided at times. Fixer being a normal guy with no stand can't help but be overwhelmed by guilt for being asleep while his friends were slaughtered. The amount of personality you all gave to each character is amazing and really well written with Janitor being very enjoyable to watch! Appreciate the time and effort put into this series even if I am a little late to the party.
This series is like candy, so enjoyable and I just can't get enough of it. The lore is amazing. Your animation continues to improve, as well as your storytelling. Well done on this episode and the continuing to worldbuild.
You know, with all the neglect from valve, bots and cheaters, I'm glad people are out here still making SFM's of TF2 just to do it. I appreciate the all the work going into this. This a good series and from a game of all things. "You're doin good lad."
God, these get better and better all the time! Bit of horror, bit of some calm, and of course the stand battles are excellent. The world-building is fresh and top-notch too. Though since I'm sure everyone else has talked about those... One of my favourite parts is the joke with the spy and sniper at the beginning. :D

I should also mention I was in a call while watching this for the first time and when Janitor started saying 'She' I got really excited to see a girl or something like that. I was cartoonishly disappointed when a drone came out, my friend laughed at me.
Massive passion projects like this are so hard to come by these days, especially ones in SFM. Sure you may come across a few neat animations here and there but seeing a trilogy of movies like these is basically unheard off now. Keep this up dude, your honest work really shows for itself

So questions: Do Miss Pauling, the Administrator, Saxton Hale, and the Mann Brothers exist in the Scratched Universe? Unlike the rest of the Mercs, are they single individuals? Also, are there female versions of the Mercs? Cuz the Pyro in the train seemed to be female.
i think the mann brothers do, since gray mann exists here from the bonkbot. and NOW in the newer episode, we see the pyro in the train is both man and female.
@@pepper686I think that Redmond and Bluetarch in this universe use their businesses to earn money from matches instead of being in a bitter rivalry while Gray, their brother is their rival. Saxton Hale probably provides the Mann brother's mercenaries with the weapons and supplies while Pauling and the Administrator keep contact with private and public servers to monitor that everything is in tip top shape.
Once again, you've given us a god-tier animation and story. I applaud you for your hard work. this is honestly one of my favorite series for TF2 to watch. Keep up the good work!

...Yeah... i think his going to be a bad guy to them, i can't see him teaming up with Heavy Guy and KIA after that. Not to mention that Jumpsuit shoots him in the head, also i don't think the scouts knew that the server respawn system were shutdown ("Even though Janitor did not shut it off...") ______ P-Rick only learn to stop Badmouthing everyone and insulting them when Medic told him that if the Cleaners had shut down the Respawn point before he was shot in the head, He would be Dead, Permanently. However even though he start to clean up his attitude and thank the medic, It gave P-Rick a bitter taste, I don't know why, but I think that he will want payback to the Heavy and Soldier and the 2 Scouts Cleaners... And the next time Heavy and soldier encounters him again, its going to be a lot harder to beat him.
Drop It is basically The World in terms of abilities 32:02 is another reference that happened after Jotaro beat the shit out of Alessi (I won't explain that segment because 😬)

I just found this series due to my homepage, and... I don't know what to say. This is quality you would expect to see on television, something that would get the highest ratings possible and score numerous awards for its quality. This is just... Fantastic, to say the least. It's a work of art, from the story to the characters, to the worldbuilding. All of it is phenomenal, you sir or madam, are a visionary and an artist, hats off to you.

New powers: Soldier: Aquired the skill grenade drop. This gives the user the use of portal for their grenades allowing much greater accuracy and placement of said grenades. Heavy: Discovered hidden potental Hats Off. When hat is removed by hostile base damage is increased by 100%. This skill also has a effect on Crush due to lack of usage this information has not been reveiled yet.
I’m really enjoying this series so far, this is probably my favorite episode yet. I really like how human the characters feel and boy are there a lot of them, new plot points keep being adding bringing up the suspense as to what’s going to happen next. Good work, the wait between is definitely worth it to get such a fascinating installment, Bravo! 👏🏻

Just some speculation here, but when Heavy got his hat knocked off it definitely pissed em off, but I’m not sure if it should’ve affected his stand to the point of elevating its power, what I think was going on here was with the red/orange gem he picked up in Ep 2. After having defeated the Spy from EP 2, we see him pick up a gem that burns his hand a little and we get an ominous moment with Heavy Guy checking if his hand was ok with seemingly no harmful effects (also menacing Jojo symbols came out of it when it fell lol). Anyways back to topic, when we have P-Rick knock off his hat, we see some very similar visual effects that the gem had on Heavy Guy. A purple background (although that just might be the color affecting the background), an orange/reddish orange aura similar to the gem’s color (again this might just be because it’s Crush’s colors when translucent [this is just speculation and could be completely wrong]), but most importantly a slight burn after the use of this extreme power similar to how the gem burnt Heavy Guy’s hand when he picked it up. What I think is that the gem gave him some kind of power that activates when angered to a great degree which would affect his Stand’s power. Then again, this is just speculation from a guy who’s rewatching the series because DAYYUUUUMN, it’s damn good.
The first episode I watched was 6, but even jumping in then, the writing and characters were so well done, everything still made sense.
It was almost seeing that episode from the perspective of Smoke.
Then going back and watching 1-5 was like watching prequels up to that point and just seeing how it all came together.

I like seeing the way you portray the normal fighting part of tf2 gameplay as sports sort of, and the after math of people who actually have to go in after the game and clean it up. Definitely my favorite sfm series

I love the aesthetic from the characters that are being controlled as if a player was controlling them from the guys that aren’t being controlled and know what’s happening.
The text-to-speech in this video is fucking phenomenal. The tones are excellent, the pronunciations are all proper, and the volumes of the voices match the pitches so that the characters actually sound like they’re trying to shout or be quiet.
Man, I love the idea a actual civilization and the idea of server hopping. I also love the idea of a redo web machine, just like Hoovy dundy.

I loved this very much. The psychological element along with the superb character building really sets the scene for when the characters minds start to remember past actions (Or lack thereof). Kia being rather pragmatic & stotic knows the consequences of not learning from you're mistakes after watching his friends die to the enemy from lack of experience. Heavy Guy being sad about his friends dying strives to save his new friends and keeps an optimistic outlook albeit a little misguided at times. Fixer being a normal guy with no stand can't help but be overwhelmed by guilt for being asleep while his friends were slaughtered. The amount of personality you all gave to each character is amazing and really well written with Janitor being very enjoyable to watch! Appreciate the time and effort put into this series even if I am a little late to the party.
This series is like candy, so enjoyable and I just can't get enough of it. The lore is amazing. Your animation continues to improve, as well as your storytelling. Well done on this episode and the continuing to worldbuild.

Massive passion projects like this are so hard to come by these days, especially ones in SFM. Sure you may come across a few neat animations here and there but seeing a trilogy of movies like these is basically unheard off now. Keep this up dude, your honest work really shows for itself

i think the mann brothers do, since gray mann exists here from the bonkbot. and NOW in the newer episode, we see the pyro in the train is both man and female.
@@pepper686I think that Redmond and Bluetarch in this universe use their businesses to earn money from matches instead of being in a bitter rivalry while Gray, their brother is their rival. Saxton Hale probably provides the Mann brother's mercenaries with the weapons and supplies while Pauling and the Administrator keep contact with private and public servers to monitor that everything is in tip top shape.
Once again, you've given us a god-tier animation and story. I applaud you for your hard work. this is honestly one of my favorite series for TF2 to watch. Keep up the good work!

P-Rick only learn to stop Badmouthing everyone and insulting them when Medic told him that if the Cleaners had shut down the Respawn point before he was shot in the head, He would be Dead, Permanently.
However even though he start to clean up his attitude and thank the medic, It gave P-Rick a bitter taste, I don't know why, but I think that he will want payback to the Heavy and Soldier and the 2 Scouts Cleaners... And the next time Heavy and soldier encounters him again, its going to be a lot harder to beat him.

Soldier: Aquired the skill grenade drop. This gives the user the use of portal for their grenades allowing much greater accuracy and placement of said grenades.
Heavy: Discovered hidden potental Hats Off. When hat is removed by hostile base damage is increased by 100%. This skill also has a effect on Crush due to lack of usage this information has not been reveiled yet.

I’m really enjoying this series so far, this is probably my favorite episode yet. I really like how human the characters feel and boy are there a lot of them, new plot points keep being adding bringing up the suspense as to what’s going to happen next.

Man, it’s incredible seeing the production value of these videos increase with each upload. You have no idea how happy it makes me to see a notification for these. Getting to experience the characters grow as it continues, and how paths cross. Hell, this is probably one of my favorite ARG series, period.
