Thank you so very much for this recipe! I requested it a couple pf years ago, hoping and praying you'll do it soon!. I now have a summer project for my family, the challenge will be the rings, but I'm sure I can source it . We went to Sierra Lone a few times but could not someone to make it for me for them to try it. This was a weekly snacks my mum will order for her family from an old lady, it came also with agidi. This is one of my favourite dishes from Sierra Leone, I miss it dearly, and was always requesting family members to bring me. Sadly our contact and preparer in Waterloo are both no more. Sending you lots of hugs!!!. My other childhood favourites: biscuit/ginger cake//coconut cake/peppermint!
