I tried 3 ping blue (I think) and 3 ping yellow and only got 1 bullet stack. I will practice more to be sure. Hmm...I might just be able to SS Epitaph because I was only able to save up enough event cards to unlock him. I'm trying to save up my BCs for Vergil. 😁

Is Watanabe's signature weapon important? I don't have Lamia and Alpha CW's signature weapon. If BC is only enough for 1 signature weapon, which one should I get first?
all of their sign weapons are a big boost in damage. Get whichever one you like more. keep in mind though watanabe will be used in void team as well with luna so he has more situations where he's being used than the other two (this is just what i heard, i dont play CN servers myself so if anyone knows if thats wrong they can correct me)

Black Rock Shooter is stronger than Lee Palefire, but she is weaker than Lee Hyperreal. However, it's much cheaper to get Lee Palefire to SSS+ than it is to gear Black Rock Shooter (especially since you can't upgrade her anymore once her event ends).

Nope. Both nanamech and watanabe buffs wont stack. Pulse ultimate buffs gives 15% extra res reduction which nanamech cant

For SS0 Lee, is there a way to ult every rotation with deadline timing? If yes, is it worth the invest?
For SS0 Lee to ult every rotation. You should go for 4sig + 2 Cottie + 2 darwin (harmony).
You don't need to use Deadline with this build.
How do you trigger Pulse's overclocking state btw ?
Just ultimate that is how you enter overclocking state and do 1 hit of basic attack, you will inflict 15% shred amd can stack with Watanabe's shred.
