Meet the expert - Kleo Dubois

Kleo Dubois, 44 years old and living in Brussels, graduated as a clinical orthopedagogue from KU Leuven.
In 2020, she initiated the AYA (Adolescent and Young Adult) project in collaboration with the Oncological Care Unit, thanks to the support of the LKI.
By the end of 2023, UZ Leuven was recognized as an AYA reference center, enabling the formation of a dedicated AYA team. Together, they provide support to healthcare providers both within and outside the hospital, aiming to enhance the care of young oncology patients.
