Linearity Crasher - new camera shaking effect and first entities

New camers shaking effect makes game more realistic.
Tried to make it as so smooth as i could and seems i succeed in it.
Also,in the end at the (from 3:40) you can see the first angry entities i have added a lot of time ago,but decided to show only now.
They does neither eat you,not push because it is Linearity Crasher and they will just only move you to the althernative dimension where is no way back!
