    So you recommend dehydrating at what temp ? all the recipes I find tell me to bake at 175F the lemon zest or peel. But it literally destroyed all my lemon zest. Was super disappointed with my results

      I do 125 for about 30-40 hours. At this temp..lemons keep their color bright and smell is very intense.
