DIY Dry Erase Calendar | How to make a dry erase calendar from an old picture using your Cricut

- Glass makes a perfect dry erase surface. And a picture frame from the back of your closet can make the best wipeable calendar. With a little template help from your Cricut and some spray paint, you can make a personalized and practical addition to your home office. As long as you don't make as many mistakes as I did!
Dry erase calendars are pretty pricey and this DIY project gets you a great substitute for a fraction of the cost. Especially when you already have most of the supplies!
Using the basic shapes available in the Cricut Design Space, I create a template from scratch. It's really easy, saves on buying an image and makes it totally customizable.
The rest is just spray paint. I stuck with the classic black and white calendar. This way the markers and notes can stand out. I do make a few mistakes; one which I was able to salvage...and a couple that I'll just take on the chin as learning opportunities.
This is an intermediate level project. It's not complicated, it's just the size that increased the difficulty. If you did this with a smaller frame, or only did a one month calendar, the project level would drop to easy.
