Someone said Demo is better than theory, if you add some real ball hitting, u can also add slow motion and highlight the positions which you mentioned for -- racket face, left elbow etc...
Tennis In 30s agreed. This instruction was from our early days. As we have learned along the way, demoing a stroke with live ball is the preferred method. Thanks for watching and the feedback
