It's so fucking awesome how Aiden initially aims his pistols with one hand, then slowly begins to transition to two-handing the grip. It's very John Wick-esque.
A tiny detail I also enjoyed!
This. This so much. In 90%of the games its either one handed or two handed. And your body always looks where you aim. Watch dogs added fluidity to those parts. And is what makes watch dogs enjoyable.

They can still have elements of the last of us mostly the stealth and Gruesome melee combat, but with a huge amount of Exploration all around Marvel's new York and be free to do whatever you want to do similar to this or even GTA.

The small things in this game like Aiden stumbling after a vault/running over an object like a fence that's broken down or the 1 hand ads to 2 hand ads, and the fact lethal gun takedown actually use what's in the clip of your gun is why I love this game so much

Hey everyone! Got another John Wick Inspired video for you!! This was kind of a last minute decision on my part, since I didn't have enough time to replay the whole game again, I decided to squeeze all I could from Free Roam & Gang hideouts ect. I will be making Vol. 3 including story missions in the future, or whenever I have alot more time to spare. So in the meantime I hope you enjoy this one.
How to vault over cover & shoot at an enemy at the same time: Sprint towards an enemy in cover with a pistol in hand, when close press the "vault" button & he will do the shoot animation. But make sure the enemy is aware of your presence, so get into open conflict, then all takedowns after that will be lethal.
And yes, I'm still working on the Uncharted 4 John Wick video. I hope to get it out before RDR2 comes out, but I'm not making any promises. I apologize it's taking so long but I hardly have any free time with work ect. But yes, I haven't forgot about it!!
So tell me. Which Vol. do you like more. The first one or this one? And if you have any reasons for why I would greatly appreciate it.

The thing about any ubisoft game is that anything that has a deep mechanic was made accidently deep. They tend to back pedal a lot of the depth for the casual audience. Look at the combat in the watch dogs series or the parkour in AC

Man this is your best Watch_Dogs video by far. Nothing even compares. Your editing and skills deserve an Oscar. After watching this video, I wish you were a game developer. I can only imagine what you could create. The only studio which comes close to nailing cinematic gameplay is Naughty Dog. And I certainly believe that even those guys could learn some new things from you. I wish that Dreams lets you create a full fledged TPS game. I would buy the game in a heartbeat if you made a level for it.
Evil Morty That would be a dream bro!!! Half the time making these sequences in games, is me restarting the game till the NPC'S do what I want them to do, because I already have a vision on how the fight will play out. But getting them to walk into position is honestly the most frustrating part lol It definitely pays off in the end though. But if I could control where they stand & how many enemies I run up on.... Oh boy it would be the most epic gun fight in existence!!!!!

idk if this is how things work, but the gameplay and overall game was definitely not marketed like this. If they showed gameplay footage like this, I feel like it would have been considered more of its own game versus a gta clone with hacking. At least that was the vibe I got from several game review channels etc. I am not entirely sure if ubisoft saw the gameplay like this either, and I know this is a fan made video so I'm sure you have taken your own liberties with this game. All-in-all though, i feel like if the action was more marketed like this, I would have looked at the game differently, more like it's own game versus a gta clone
Yep. Ubisoft didn't know what they were doing when they started marketing this game as a stealth game (trash tier) Right after they showed off epic cool John Wick style cinematic trailers with Aiden pulling similar shit that I do in these videos.
They really fucked up on that one. Got everyone thinking this is a stealth game LMAO I saw people play that way & I was like "Noo honey nooooo!!!" I gotta show people how this game was meant to be played. The damn developers don't even know themselves lmao

@@Ira_Avaritia Yeah it's similar to Vanquish in that regard. That game can be boring if you play it safe like your typical cover based shooter. The devs knew that, so they've made scoring system, which induces you to be cool and not to use cover. WD should have had that aspect. Once you've release that this game is unusual shooter with hacking mechanics taht simple only to back that up it becomes so damn addicting to play that way. I am a hardcore stealth gamer, who can beat this game with no takedowns ghost stealth and all that stuff, but i just don't want to after such tricks. Never get tired of action on WD, it could have been more balanced (grenade launcher is too much for this game), but otherwise no other open world game feels so fun to create mayhem. Most underrated YOBAsoft game for sure, on PC with mods it even 9 out of 10 in my book.

Something about the combat combined with this music makes me feel like there was a missed opportunity. If they set Aiden up better; better motive, development, backstory, it could have been so much better.
He should have been more villainous. John Wick style. They should have set him up as a scary motherfucker. I just want a game where I can charge in and scare the shit out of everyone with gun-fu.
Paul Atreides I mean, maybe there will be a time where we get a proper sequel to this game’s story, where Aiden has to come back to being The Fox, and by that point, he’ll have earned a reputation similar to John Wick’s.
I mean, Far Cry 2 was also made by Ubisoft back in 2008, and it featured a reputation bar in the menu. The more you fill it up throughout the story, the more scared the enemies are at outposts and in missions. Some of them will even cry and give up -- it actually kinda makes you feel bad.

WD1 still has some of the best executions and parkour mechanics ive seen. WD2 was fun but was focused on hacking creativity and stealth. I cant wait what Legion has in stored

Mechanically, WD2 was the best of the series. There was just so much you could hack to interact with the world and create opportunities for both stealth and combat. It also had the best representation for the modern world's problems regarding and related to the technology we currently have.
In terms of character consistency and the story being told, 1 was better. Because unlike Aiden, Marcus is jarring to deal with when he makes youthful references and jokes while engaging in slaughter. I also found myself more invested in one man's personal journey for retribution than a collective's journey to be the man-of-the-people types. Especially since 2's events basically changed nothing within the system. It felt like everything DedSec did in San Fran was for nothing, considering Legion is a thing and it's business as usual after 2's events.
Legion is the most dogwater of the series on every front, because it had no protagonist with a personal stake in anything (something that 1 and 2 had), had severely watered down weapon choices (1 had no problems with this), the hacking was watered down (2 was near perfect in this), and the story felt like it couldn't be cohesive to save itself (both 1 and 2 aren't guilty of this). Legion's only saving grace was Bloodline, because it brought back characters who aren't cardboard cutouts.
This is more john wick than john wick lol, keep it up! Love your videos.

It's either the first song or this one thats my favorite. Blowing up cars in slow motion never gets old but this last bit makes me think of this game lost story potential.
It's almost sad, imagining this as Aidens's last stand, the consequences of his violent actions.
Imagine if Aiden actually had well written relionships, these lyrics would come with such a sad connotation. But Aiden has made his choice, choosing to go out in a violent haze.

Not bad. I liked the timing of the gameplay with Le Castle Vania - LED Spirals , it was perfect. The only problem is that the music a bit too loud for the gameplay. If the gameplay volume was a bit louder then it would be fine.

I edit on my ps4 & I have a large stereo system, & I usually do my editing late at night so I try to put the volume down so it doesn't wake everyone up, but that kinda messes with how I perceive the in game volume with the music on top of that.
