Cosmetic tags added for Baden Montenegro Spanish colonies Austrian puppets Portuguese Brazil. Changed the states in France Spain Italy and Belgium (fixed the Suez canal and Egyptian desert states too).
events added for French Liege Brabantian revolutions the storming of bastille and the treaty of Gulistan (1813). Fixed the populations in Russia a little.
