Lahat ng videos mo nakarelate ako. Nakita ko kung saan ako mali, ano yung areas na kailangan ko iimprove at kung ano yung dapat ko baguhin sa ugali ko. Narealize ko na ang negative ko palang tao. Na para akong isang mabigat na bagahe na nagpapabuhat sa mga tao sa paligid ko. At dahil lang yun sa wala akong motivation para mag aral because I am a med student na gustong mag doktor pero ayaw gumawa ng paraan para malabanan ang katamaran. Na realize ko na walang makakasolve ng problema ko sa buhay kung hindi ako lamang. Walang bubuhat sa mabigat kong bagahe kundi ako lang. Walang gagawa ng paraan kundi ako. AKO. Ako na may kontrol sa lahat ng iniisip ko at dapat pina prioritize ko. I am only 20 years old pero iniisip ko failurena ako. Walang patutunguhan ang buhay ko. Pero may magagawa pa pala ako. Very true! You can’t be stuck! Mind set is common sense,you have to snap your stupidity right away or your be ended in a deeper douper situation. We all have a magic of alerting ourselves in falling to big hole. First,think this life is a gift from God! Life is good and wonderful,why waste it? So, first ask yourself and compared what you have?your not suffering from anything except your not happy bcuz your frustration is going in to your mind. Stay focus and appreciate all things around you. Be thankful and contented,don’t be jealous and never judges anybody. If you have all this,you are happy individual.. Try making the coffee scrub too. I used 100% cocoa butter with a gentle cleansing cream. U can also use coconut oil or olive oil to make the paste. 👍❤

Simula nung nag aral ako ng Pharmacy mahilig po akong mag self pity/pressure ng magulang at classmates. Sobrang naawa ako sa sarili ko pag ako yung lowest sa klase, bagsak ulit sa mga subjects ko. Nalabanan ko naman yung pag se-self pity ko totoo yung sinabi nyo na pag nanjan nanaman si self pity sigawan mo. Sa tingin ko naman po nag improved na ko. Still fighting sa pharmacy. 💪
