You could still make your Christmas post cards and then just put them into envelopes 👍😊
That's what I was just going to say. I think when they run the post cards through the machine, the glued on pieces get stuck, rip or get caught and they throw them away. Also, they are small and thin and probably get stuck between other mail or just plain lost in the pile. The post office isn't what it was back in the day.

@@SueKivley mine don’t get stuck because I put them in plastic sleeves and use a regular postage stamp.
I, too, was going to suggest to put your postcards in envelopes!

Nicole why don’t you put the post cards in a regular envelope? The clear is nicer but a regular envelope has a better chance of getting there, and you still get to have fun and make a Christmas post card!
You are only human, don’t be so hard on yourself! I’m fairly new at this and I have all kinds of glue “happy accidents!” At least I tell myself that. I say it’s only paper, I’m not hurting anything, and I’m relaxing! Don’t stress about your postcards, you’ll figure something out and it will be beautiful. Your fussy cutting, I’m in such awe. I’m working on it.

I mailed four postcards and only two were delivered. What a bummer after all of the work! I so enjoyed making them. I decided to the ones I made for Halloween in envelopes to mail. Love this new book you are making !❤

I was actually sitting here going through a magazine so I can attempt a book when your video came on so that was perfect timing to watch Nicole! I am 73 years old and live in South Africa. I remember as a child, my Dad loved Grapenuts for breakfast and so did we as a family. Haven't seen Grapenuts in our shops here forever, don't think they sell them anymore. Love this gluebook and was shouting when you put the picture in the wrong place and find myself answering you when you ask a question. Although I am elderly I still have all my marbles, it is just that I get so involved in watching you glue. Makes me laugh at myself but it is good fun.
You can make a post card and send it in an envelope -- that way you can have your fun and get it returned if something "goes wrong."

It’s a disorder that most people don’t understand about if they don’t have it. Just ignore all those negative comments on here about needing to fix this or that. To hell with that. I love all that you are and all that you share with us despite how they comment in here on what you should do or say. You know what? To hell with them. I love you just the way you are. I know people say oh just forget about it but I run it over my mind over and over. Like what I said wrong. What I could have done better. Why did they hurt me. Why did they say that TO hurt me. It totally sucks. Like because of my anxiety disorder I'll repeat all the crap over and over in my head like a broken record until I get sick and cry about it. So people need to stop being so hurtful to one another because you never know what kind of damage it really does. With us, people with panic disorder and anxiety disorder it's not easy to handle mean things people say. It affects us deeper and differently than most. Love ya girl. I LOVE Grape Nuts! When it's cold outside, I like to warm them in the microwave with milk, tiny chopped apples, cinnamon, sugar, and a touch of nutmeg. So satisfying. :)

First time I've heard the center called the "ditch" or the "crack." In commercial printing & old-school newspaper publishing, that was called the "gutter." Love the idea of this gluebook. Really fun to look at all the random images.

Grape Nuts taste like cardboard to me. But you know what's really good...if you like yogurt, put them in it and let them get just the tiniest bit soft. Delish!!

You can put your address on postcards, I do & so do lots of others that I receive them from. There is also a very tiny address stamp that you can purchase that goes in the upper left hand corner. It’s so cute & I’d buy one but I’m moving in a yr or so, so I’ll get one after the move. I’ve been sending postcards for many years & have yet to have many go missing even with out my address on them. I do Postcrossing as well.
They make these post card stamps where it has a place for return address, let me know if you want to see one I can put a picture in the group.
Make post cards if you like them, then put in an envelope for mailing. 😮
SUGGESTION: Go ahead and make postcard as usual...mail in an envelope. More postage expense but will fulfill your creative spirit.

I was mesmerized!!! I am hoping I can type those page prompts ok and then tape them on the pages.Then I can't wait to try your system. I was initialy going to make En Masse books for certain subjects that I have been saving....staircases, bedrooms, watches...like that. But in the Composition books there are too many pages to fill a book with one subject. Your idea is better. Now to think of enough prompts per page...should be a trip!!! lol...I forgot to ask you...what font size did youuse for the tabs?
