This video is the definitive introduction to GLUE BOOK for me! I really love the book with the torn edges/pages--WOW. I am so inspired by your philosophy.
I started a little glue book, and some pages look better than others, but seeing yours really gets me inspired again. Your pages all just seem to work. Hope mine will be as good as yours someday.
Love your videos! looking forward to January. I'm going to start a A, B, C glue book and a glue book with white space and random glueing. Thankyou for sharing.
Hello... Crystal from: The Bronx here 👋😊 Thank you, Thank you, Thank you... I've been procrastinating starting My Glue Book and I believe you've helped me; I already have plenty of images cut and a blank Book waiting ❤ so I believe I'll start tomorrow 🤞😊❤
Yes you have inspired me to do a random stick down whatever you want type gb....Will be nice to have a change from my current ones. I'm looking forward to GBJanuary... No prompts for me though 😂 Great to see your video pop up ❤❤ I always love seeing your gluebooks. Hugs Elaine xxx
I think many people overthink it. It’s just gluing images into some kind of book. You tube has just elevated it into some kind of ‘art form’. Sometimes a glue book is just a glue book!! 😊
Thank you so much for this video ! You gave me so many ideas ! It helps me think outside of the box…looking forward to making some collages with you next year! 😊
I glue book a bit each day: color gluebooks, En Masse, Junque Journal glue book, Alpha glue book, etc I love flipping through the images...and picking a different book each time.... hugs, Julierose🥰
Hello Karla, as usual I'm always a day behind. But......I love all of your glue books, whatever you want to call them, in all the different styles and techniques. I have so, so very many of your videos saved for inspiration -- My only problem is lack of space to work in and uninterrupted time to myself to focus on what I want to do. Anyway, I know you've been not getting to do all the things you've wanting to do (darn weeds). I'm just grateful and thankful that you are physically okay. Thanks for sharing what limited time you have available to encourage and inspire us. Take care and God bless you and yours. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas
Sorry I missed your video till now. Its extremely inspirational and creative. I shared this video in several FB group chats of like minded people. Hope it helps.Huge HUGS! Namesta 🐞🥰
I am in love with your big Scavenger Hunt glue book and your Stamp glue book! I have three 'gluebooks' going right now but I want to break out my foreign postage stamps and get to gluing! I agree a glue book does not have to be conventional squares, boom, done. I watched a couple of magazine spine gluebook videos lately and I got to ripping an old railroad magazine. I'm having a blast gluing scraps of nothing down onto the pages. I'm going over the empty spaces with distress ink. Really fun process. Thanks for the inspiration!
Love your ideas on expanding on glue books and appreciate you giving so many examples! Feel that I want to try more too:) Glue book January sounds fun. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you from New Zealand 🇳🇿 for doing this. I want to try a random glue book because that is so not like me. I'm hoping it will allow myself to be just that more random.
I just watched your video subscribed and loved it! My favorites were the postage stamp book and the math book that you used! I also love how you used the see-through envelope windows. So inspiring I have all kinds of ideas swirling inside my mind thank you so much!
My 'whole year' glue book, that I just started, because I don't need to wait until Jan. 1, I am using full size magazine pages as the base paper. I picked mostly from a house design mag, pictures of homes/rooms/gardens, folded in half, portrait and landscape directions. Some pages will get both sides used, some won't. I will figure out assembly and cover[s] later.
I love making glue books. They are all random and different. But they still are for me glue books. Love tearing papers and bang glue it. Thanks for your video can't wait for January. An we skip December???
Wow! So happy that I came across your video. Have not made a glue book and was preparing to make one. I feel less anxious about what and how to do this. I do have a question about the one with the torn pages, the purple and gold cover book. Did you put the papers in and then tear them?
No I gathered torn papers and made signatures from the papers, then sewed them into the cover. So glad I could make the process easier for you! Thanks for watching!
Hi, I’ve only recently started my first glue book, a colour glue book. I have already started a second one, an en masse glue book, because I wanted to use some stuff that I didn’t want to put in the colour book. I really enjoyed your video, I will probably be needing more glue books 😅 But I do find it a bit difficult as a beginner, because I haven’t collected a lot of papers and images yet. Your serendipity glue book looks interesting, but I could only find a flip through. Do you also have a video that explains that a bit more?
I don’t see the point to glue books. With a junk Journals, someone would actually use. These glue books, is the point that they are pointless and have no use? So, it makes it less stressful to do? The other thing is, if it is paper or images you like, it seems a waste to place it in a glue book where no one will see it. IDK
Is there a point to any hobby? Birdwatching, model building, miniature golf, stamp collecting? Some people like to read novels, some watch movies and others just want to play video games. Hobbies are just something fun to do but each person has to fine something that they enjoy. I find the process relaxing, almost like a meditation. I also look at my books often and find that there are many views on videos of glue book flip throughs. Glue Books aren't for everyone, I get it!
You are always such an inspiration! Loved seeing all your books again. Looking forward to January!
Thank you for this wonderful video, so much inspiration for me on my journey to first glue book .
So glad I could inspire you!

Get your supplies gathered in December
Not everyone is waiting! some people have started their glue books already! it is a nice break from the activities for the holidays.
Do you use an actual book and just glue onto the pages? Or do you make your own signatures and bind them??
