Fairbanks - Morse Scale Model Tractor (FM "Z" 3 HP Style C Engine)

My grandson is getting a driving lesson on the Fairbanks Morse scale model tractor with a 3 HP Fairbanks-Morse Z Style C engine. The water hopper was removed and a pump circulates the water through the cooling tower screen tank. I am not sure what the wheels are off since I found this on Craig's List and know none of the history behind the tractor. The builder did a great job of putting this together! The grandsons will get many hours of enjoyment driving this tractor.
