Hi Leila, my advice for that would either be to stretch your hamstrings so that you can easily life your leg to the stirrup, or to length the stirrup (if you ride english) so that you can reach the stirrup and then adjust them once you are on your horse. You can use it at your own discretion, as this does not work for everyone. It might for you though! Hope this helps :)

I know this is a super old comment but I was told you lengthen the stirrups a few holes
