I don’t know what her problem is with the new music, But the Spice Girls as a whole group will ultimately have to decide which songs they will perform. It’s a matter of opinion, but I don’t think “Song For Her” is bad. I like it and am glad they made new music at all, even as only the 3 piece GEM. Mel C briefly sang along to a clip of it on a talk show, and thought it was at least decent and catchy. My original comment was addressing all the people in the comment section asking for a new album. If they don’t make one, then they do have at least two post-2000 songs they could play. Melanie C parted ways with them after two solo albums and they still (as far as I'm aware) hold the rights to those first two albums. With Melanie releasing the rest of her music on her own label there's a conflict of interest there. Personally I think the Spice Girls could do shows every summer and sellout just based on their greatest hits. Even Melanie C would be willing to do more concerts because she's even stated that it's the only way to make money in the music industry now.
