Used Presuasion in an interview today and it completely through my interviewer for a loop. He said he's going to steal that if he ever interviews anywhere else.
I found this channel less than a week ago, and I’m following and listening since then. I used not to speak or not interact much in my workplaces meetings both in person and virtual. Now, the first meeting I attended since I found this channel was yesterday, and I kept throwing in ideas, sharing experiences and suggesting recommendations. Guess what! Some fellas were even staring at me, like; does he talk? For the interesting part, my manager kept embracing my ideas, saying, “ great idea!” Thanks to you and your helpful tips 😊
Summary 1. Avoid negative thoughts by thinking of the many times you were successful 2. Remember you're an expert and you're going to deliver anything that comes your way 3. Be pre-suasive by asking questions throughout and making conversation
Such a clever way to start the interview, by asking the panel the question, what they liked about your application and why they called you for interview. Great psychology 👌
@@Cr3sc3nt1 congenial atmosphere required to ask such questions:: 1) You are already little nervous and small worry how to handle the panel. 2) if you are experienced in the field only you can boldly ask questions
I want to say thank you so much because I tried the method “ per-suasion” and I asked the manager the same question you just mentioned in this video. I got the job my dream. Really appreciate.
For some reason, I am not nervous at all I’m actually prepared. Normally before I step out I have high anxiety and I need to go do a number 2 💩 but that’s not even happening. I feel so relaxed and ready!
Very good 3rd point is best one .....when I interviewed people around world , I have found this confidence and self-esteem missing ........keep people motivating with your tips ...best wishes
Thinks for the confidence it's something I need I won't to be the best I can be for myself an most important for those I hold close to me an to be a light to others ❤
Thank you for providing these steps with confidence. You raised a really good issue regarding comprehensive. You made a good point when you suggested that we should focus on our skills by asking them few questions.
Thanks for this video I watch such videos very often but somehow I go blank once the interview starts I think I have to work on myself more …. Love the way you speak Shade I wish I could be as confident and clear in communication like you
Hey, I am liking the animations. They have come out to be very pleasant and subtle. So much better than the last one. Thank you for listening. Wish you the best.
This is the most informative video I have ever come across specially the question why did you select my application and what has attracted you about my resume 👏👏👏
Really brilliant and doable tips to face the interview. I always believe that it is your responsibility to set the stage and take control of the thought process of the interviewers. Asking questions is absolutely important because when you ask you control and when you answer you are being controlled. My one suggestion is that always check the possibility of asking a question before you actually answer, may be atleast to clarify the question asked to you. Thanks and regards.
I have personally experienced the best outcome of first step: to be aware of what are we telling ourselves? I was going to an interview at college when I began panicking. Suddenly, I started relaxing myself and reiterated that I would hopefully do great in my interview. I confidently restore the faith in myself by narrating all the positive remarks. As a result, I went in, successfully managed my stress and answered each question with serene behaviour.
I like the way you speak ,the way you deliver content making someone understands you in a very predicted way is really difficult, but you are doing it very great, really amazing contents
You’ve been such a great inspiration and big support for me to build up the better version of myself both in professional life and private life. Didn’t have much confidence in my career but applying your tips is really saving my life and bringing so much joy. Just had an interview with the company I’ve been dying to work for. While I’m waiting for their good answer (finger crossed), I can confidentially say that I could successfully present myself and show them who I truly am without getting lost! No matter how the answer will turn out, I’m externally happy for being able to shift my negativity to positivity in a great deal. Can’t thank you enough, Ms.Shade! You are my biggest mentor and I love you so much🙏🏻❤️

261 comments? Shariz, I expected 10,000,000. Your advice is 100% accurate and you deliver ad free and in such a way that I think the future will emulate you. This person is at the top of their game and a predator. Good lord, please please tell me there are more people like this coming because I’ve been hooked into UA-cam idiot far too long. Yay! You go! You’re the best!
Job well done....you are hired. The things most people struggle with is to answer ,,,why you left or are you leaving your current job.. Can you please shed some light into that.. Thanks
That's an important questions to prepare for because it is very likely that you will be asked. Here are some suggestions from both my husband and I: write and practice answers to these questions that highlight your strengths, willingness to grow, to add value and any valuable lessons that you learned at your previous/current job. For instance, you are transitioning to a different industry, prepare positive answers as to why - your passion, you recently got relevant qualifications, you have transferrable skills etc. Don't leave anything to change - prepare answers, test them and practice them. Hope this helps. Sending our veery best wishes.
This video is really helpful just before when I might be required to appear for an interview of my post graduate admission. It has always been my problem that I sweat a lot before viva or interviews even if I am fairly well prepared. I am an introvert and really struggle explaining things because I am lost in that thought instead of conveying it in proper way which makes me really bad in communication. Also I go blank in interviews. Can you help me with some tips?
