Another great tutorial, Nora. I have to confess I was told off for brushing too hard & up and down as opposed to from gums to teeth. I also confess to having a real phobia about visiting the dentist for 25 years!! Fortunately I took care of my teeth & needed only one treatment. Phew!

Everyone is different and after treating more than 6500 patients in the last 16 years I learned that it's all about what the patient like and then adjust all this tools for them!
