Thrillkiller oddly enough
One of my top faves is probably the Worst Nightmare skin.
It was removed apparently because it caused some kind of game breaking glitch. But thanks to mods it is now available.
I'm really curious what you guys would rank it since no one ever includes it in their tier lists.
A tier list of other playable characters is an S tier idea

In terms of S Tier for me, I would but The Arkham Asylum and Arkham City suit, the Batman Beyond suit Arkham City, the Long Halloween suit from Arkham Origins and the Earth 2 Dark Knight suit from Arkham Knight.
In terms of F Tier, I would put the Dark Knight movie suit, the Thrillkiller suit, the armoured suit from Arkham Asylum and the Batman Beyond armoured suit from Arkham Knight.
I agree with almost all that. I also agree that Arkham Knight beyond suit sucks i don't get why everybody likes it. Yeah it's cool in a cutscene or two but it's just too much
I really love your suggestion of doing also a tier list for the other playable characters in the Arkhamverse. If you can though, could you also include Harley Quinn's design from the animated film Batman: Assault and Arkham, because personally really like it more than the main designs for Harley in the games. My favourite though is still the classic black and red jester outfit.

S tier Batman suit in a F tier game 😂😭
For me, the most tempting suits to use are stand-out comics suits like Az-Bat, Zur-En-Ar and Neal Adams. Some other suits don't translate so well to the games and the movie suits are a little plain to me (though, my favorite suit of all suits is Keaton's Returns suit rather than the 89 suit; the abs being plates looks really cool to me), so they don't seem as interesting as either something historic, weird or the game's main suit that tatters with all the action you're put through. Sadly, I rarely use any of the suits because there's SO MANY of them, but I don't play through these games more than twice.
Gonna say, though, they should have gotten Adam West to do dialogue for the Adam West suit when he was still alive. I don't think they could have afforded Keaton in addition to the game's budget and they definitely weren't gonna get Bale to voice act their suits, but I think West may have been in the budget at the time. Failing that, I think the suits affiliated with other actors should have hired sound-alikes; I love Kevin Conroy and he'll always be the voice I hear when I read Batman, but I'd be saying I wanna hear his voice if Origins had a BtAS suit. It's a little extra fun for players and I'm sure a few people may have been put off to using the movie or 60's suits because of the disconnect of hearing someone else come out of the mouth (I know I was put off by the Adam West suit clearly not being Adam West's body).

One thing I do like is the idea of an evil Batman and having to take him down. Not kill him if there could be a way to free him. Evil justice League... cool idea, killing them though? No. Got an idea where Batman who has been gone for a while, returns home, kills Alfred and almost kills the bat-family, but they barely escape. Batman destroys the Batcave and then goes on the hunt for the remaining threats to his masters plan.
