I love your material and learn a lot from it. That said I always need to justify that what I’m saying is true. Can you help me understand the part where you say “because these plans are state regulated, about every family I sit with, we can find a plan within their budget.” Can you help me understand the connection between plans plans being state regulated and them being affordable?
Because if they weren’t regulated, then people might think you can price them however you want. Therefore a consumer might think the agent could mark up prices to benefit themselves. That’s what I got out of it anyways

On the various carriers - isn't better to ask the client "do you know the difference between a broker and agent? An agent represents the insurance company, not you. A broker represents you and has your best interest in mind. I am a broker! and today I want to do what's best for you Mr. Smith and what's best for your daughter Cindy, son Alvin and wife Esther". Is that OK with you?
good emotion and imagination, good voice and use gestures, trial close, fin inv, good feedback loops. Things to improve - questions over telling, clear next steps, setting the stage. Good overall.
How would you set the stage?
I think wearing a badge and uniform is a good idea when doing presentations
You got to asking for DL, but you didn't include in the close how to ask for the ir social or their banking info
