CJ , Below are the mods I did to my 22 ZX10R. I had Chris Moore disable the air intake solenoid, Exhaust flapper motor, PAIR valve solenoid, O2 Sensor, and Emission Canister Solenoid. Removing these solenoids and taping off the associated connectors to the harness will give a much better way to troubleshoot any other codes that pop up, if any. I also removed the 5 breather hoses from the throttle bodies and capped them off. Performance Modifications 1. Removed muffler and catalytic converter 2. Removed exhaust butterfly valve motor and cables 3. Installed SC Project S1 Muffler with mid-pipe 4. Removed O2 Sensor and cabling 5. Installed O2 Sensor plug 6. Removed pair valve, solenoid, and hoses 7. Installed block-off plates 8. Removed emission canister, solenoid, and hoses 9. Removed air intake butterfly valve, actuator, solenoid, and hoses 10. Installed OEM plug into air intake where the actuator was installed 11. Removed breather/vacuum tubes from the back of the four throttle bodies and the breather/vacuum tube on the front left (1st) throttle body 12. Capped off the breather/vacuum tubes on the throttle body (x5) 13. You, or BrenTune, should be able to kill the CEL for the 02 sensor and PAIR system in the ECU flash. That’s one of the first things all tuner / ECU flashers do. You should email EDR performance. They’re a wealth of knowledge.
2D error code is referred to the air intake solenoid that open and close the flapper in the ram air duct. 64 is the air switching or Pair valve. Since you have the resistor in place, I think the wire harness for the valve is shorted or cut somewhere
Sounds like O2 sensors aren't agreeing. It will look for an intake value and an exhaust value and if those two values don't agree then I would imagine that limp mode would be triggered. I could be wrong but blocking the smog system could create a variable in that algorithm that may interfere with the O2 sensor values also.
Speed sensor in the front might be as simply as you have the rotors on the wrong side, I made that mistake once (Updated, I posted this before finishing the video)
If u flashed stage 2 contact your tuner. These codes must be fixed in ecu without any ais valve resistors. Its switched of in ecu and u just unplug valve and no codes
There is an intake flapper in the ram air that works in conjunction with the pair valve system you replaced, you have deleted the pair system but not the intake flapper hence the codes. You literslly have the service manual page 772 section 17-60
I’m pretty sure you did your mods and then ecu flash in backwards fashion and possibly that’s why this happened. When you flash and ecu you have to have the block off done and the 02 sensor deleted, BEFORE starting the bike. You rode it with the airbox mod not done, so I’m willing to bet the ecu needs reset by doing the unplugged for 10-15 seconds, bike ran for 10 seconds shut off, unplug ecu, and plugged back in, or you may need a reflash.
I know sounds crazy, but check clutch sensor on Lever . I had a similar problem with my Aprilia is not allowed the cruise control, work and quick shifter.
Maybe the stage 2 ecu tune is messing with you. Is the resistor plug for the sec. air intake has the correct value? Maybe you need a tuner to check what is causing the limp mode.
I don't know if this will help, but I just took out my AIS and installed block off plates on my Yamaha. I have a DynoJet tune and can make my own ECU changes. When I changed from a stock muffler, I turned off the AIS system in the ECU. The resister you put in should have solved it, but the AIS may need to be turned off in the ECU.
You are missing the valve in the intake piece on the front of the bike. You didnt swap it over when you replaced that broken piece. The hole was taped over.
I have the same Bike, but my issue after erasing the codes of Power, KQS, KLCM, RIDER MODE BLINK, etc , I am still getting an error of KTRC blinking while my RPM goes up in 1st gear and seems like by bike is coughing . Can you guide me on the issue! Also my ABS error is continuously on
Contact Brent tuned. Ask them to turn of the secondary air system. Problem fixed

check all fuses, wiring to fuses, had it happen to me, was a faulty fuse not related to the air intake but somehow disabled air solenoid.

I would maybe check to see if the connector to secondary air valve is power or signal it may not be reading the resistor or the valve itself
