the 2 codes you are getting are for the exhaust servo but since you have a full aftermarket headers the servo is no longer there so you either need a servo buddy or the brentune tune should just disable the servo and the fault code should go away in a few minutes after you start the bike also reinstall the headers because from the video you can see that they are not sitting all the way in they should also have round gaskets on them
15:07 Don't forget the exhaust gaskets on cylinder 2 and 3, I guess you did it because zyl 2 and 3 are hard to reach if the header is only mounted for testing purposes, but it would be a shame to forget em 🤣
There is actually a hack to save money for those rubber dumper. Just add small pieces of rubber in between the small gaps in the dumper to add tension to it. WORKS EVERYTIME FOR MY BIKE.
CJ - absolutely love your videos and look forward to each one! You are truly a gifted mechanic and an inspiration for all us wrenchers and tinkerers - thank you!
Been subbed for a while now amazed at how better you are getting at rebuilds and not scared to show mistakes you made 👍🏻 Please look out for a MT-09 or MT-10 to rebuild not seen a naked on here yet all the best buddy
I have no idea if it’s the same for bike vs cars but have you ever heard of an Italian tune up? After a while if your car is running rough due to a lot of city driving it probably because of carbon. The solution is to drive it at 70-80 for about 2 hours continuously. It needs fresh fuel from a big brand gas station the shell since they have cleaning additives in their fuel. But that may work and it’s obviously the cheapest and most entertaining way to clean out the system.
As always, you're awesome. I love the way you used the cardboard to protect the oil cooler from the headers. Great thinking. Can't wait for the next video to see what caused those faults on the ECU. Lastly, you are now more experienced than a BMW technician.
If the gasket is wet to, thats mean your valve seal is broke, for the leak on your header try to replace your gasket to the new one, i hope thats gonna help u
IMHO he still has an internal problem ....no way those intakes should have that amount of carbon deposits.. honestly even w/o any use of aftermarket additives the intakes should look like new ... Lke BMW is wrong here....LOL he has a valve seat issue, and or piston ring issue which consistantly cause blow-by of the rings..the valves are not fully seating ..not good . Has CJ done a compression reading.. that would resolve it right then... the other weird issue is the play in his rear sprocket carrier ...the damper shouldn't be shot on a 2021 ...takes years to wear those out.... My 2003 999 even w/ it's race spec FBF hot rod engine still hasn't worn them out, neither my 2005 Daytona 955i super odd ...what's the milage CJ ???
So....BMW dealership, with their factory support, engineers contacts, couldn't figure this out. Well, that just shows how much power the community has, your work is amazing, it must felt good resolve that issue! Keep it 💯 👌!
He doesn't have the head pipe attached, snug seated to the exhaust port flanges.. That's why it's popping like crazy.. flames coming out between the cylinder head exhaust port and header pipe .. flames coming out the exhaust opening is normal .unspent fuel which ignites in the exhaust pipe ..you can make most any motorcycle spit flames, "map' that into the ECU... some like back firing, popping on decel
Think 19mm or 17 mm deep well socket cheep Chinese one the OD too big grind it down cut old pult boot make a doughnut if fouled a plug can't get the right socket right away. It works and your ridding.
That oil gets on the valves are wet due to “blow bye” it’s a term when combustion gasses get past the piston rings and pressurise the crank case causing oil to push up into the intake and sucked into the engine. Once you get it running take the filler cap off and check the crank case pressure. I’m pretty sure a oil grade change will cure that issue, then you need to Rev the absolute tits off it! The cylinder pressure will push the rings back out and seal the bores. If that doesn’t work then I’m sorry dude you’ll need to rebuild that motor! P.s been a technician for 31 years now and built many a engine. Seen this a load of times
Are you running the stock tune file right now? If so the computer is looking for the signal for motor to work the exhaust servo, which was probably removed with the full exhaust being installed. Install a tune with that turned off, should take care of it. Oh, and the dealer screwed you, get your money back if you can.
One thing i can say by watching your videos. Your parents raised you so well. Always smiling in adversities and not giving up. ♥️
Finallyyyyy😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭❤️❤️ she's alive now
You mean he right?

That gapping on that spark plug is wide. Is that the right gapping?
Great to see you finalizing this Project...Best from Germany!
If you ever have a sparkplug but dont have a socket to match, grab a standard deep socket to loosen then use the coilpacks to take it out.
One word.perfect !
Finally, ive been waiting for this!!
Hi bro

Awesome video dude! Are flames meant to be coming out of the headers though or have you intentionally left the linkage out
No

making progress. let's go
That bike stand is pretty scatchy there, It is a front stand not rear. Keep up the good work!
shouldn’t see flames coming out of the head. headers leaking bad. should probably put that muffler on too. would probably help it run better.

When the laptop comes out, you know things are getting serious
The colour of your sparkplug its like some oil leak in to your cylinder try to replace your valve seal, sorry if i wrong
If there was fault of connector......do u think money wasted on fuel pump ....or u gonna put back previous fuel pump
This is what i'm waiting for 😍
From where you are getting those backgrounds tunes those tunes are sick broo can you please share link with the non copyright tunes?
Lots of love from India 😊

Worst work 😤 With a Happy smile😅 Great done CJ🙏
Nice work
i doubt the dealer misdiagnosed your engine. and I doubt you fixed it with a fuel pump.
