They added a clause in their agreements, they could charge users up to $2000 for violating what their hate speech policy online. There was no clear definition of what was hateful, they could take money right out of your account if they didn't like what you posted on Twitter.

hi- in sending money to another country (europe), does the recipient need to have a paypal account themselves to get my sending? Or, by sending the complete way you showed, which I already did, but using the person's email will it arrive to them without a problem? I sent an amount to the person's email, and it appeared to complete, online - however, I did not get a receipt afterwards, or anything at all. It does not appear to have left my bank account either. the person says he has not received either. what do you think?

To cut the whole question short, would PayPal send mail to my house address, or would they charge me for tax on every sale I make, since I don't have a tax number, or would it be showing on my paper saying I'm doing online business, as my e-commerce business is not registered.
You know that as a refugee in another country doing business is hard. I just want to know if I'm safe using my Passport to verify.

Do not use PayPal credit the worst bank to deal with they do not honor PayPal by protection. According to PayPal credit Synchrony bank they're not affiliated with PayPal buyer protection so be aware of that

I submitted the info- the account was unfrozen - and now here it is one month later- they froze it again and will not allow any withdrawals - stay clear of PayPal - I’m looking for another credit card service - PayPal is anti business through and through.
