Janome Continental M6 vs M8: What's the Difference?

Thank you for the excellent video which highlights the differences between the M6, M7 & M8. Janome Australia, please take note, this is the kind of informative video sewers need to help us choose between models. Please ditch the 90 second, slick advertising videos showing close up views of controls, set to emotive music and provide thinking customers useful information like this. The US M7 & M8 (and M17) have a brushless servo motor! What a unique feature on a domestic machine! Do the M7 & M8 versions available in Australia (and other countries with 240 volt electricity) also have powerful brushless motors? If so, perhaps The Quilting Bee could create an informative video for us too?

Thank you for this extremely helpful and detailed review! The M8 is my choice - it is fabulous. And if I don’t want to use the ASR, I can use all the usual FMQ feet/features like previously. 🎉

Hi I ave a question with the M8 if I didn’t want to use the ASR on a project I could still FMQ just use the manual FMQ foot
