The sweetest thing my mom did was take the baby so I could eat a warm meal and she would eat hers cold when I was done. So sweet! My older sister always did the same thing.

@@d.l.n.7133 I have two grandsons and one granddaughter, the boys are of the age where they are hanging with their buddies moreso now, my granddaughter still loves to hang with "Pappy" and I cherish every moment.
I absolutely love watching you all get together as a family in such a sweet and loving manner. This is the way families should be. I even Olive begging from Matt’s plate.

It seemed one second, our family was all running around with babies and getting together to eat and laugh, having a great time. Now the babies are all grown and gone and there are only 3 of us left. My mom was always rushing around with the bunch of us, cooking and laughing ,and now she is 96. We lost my Dad, in 2017 and sister last year, and my brother's wife has cancer. It seems as if it was all a dream. Time slips away so fast. It was good watching ya'll having a get together. Reminded me of my past.🥲Seemed like yesterday. Could you all please say a prayer for my sister-in-law. She is fighting ovarian cancer. Loved the show today.Now Im gonna go bawl my guts out. J/k😊

I'm loving this video. Y'all live like our families used to long ago. We lived two houses down the road from my in-laws, as they would say. We loved it! Especially knowing our kids could see their Grandparents everyday. They loved it and still talk about it today. They refer to it as being blessed with living life in two different worlds. Such a blessing y'all live Soo close. Eating meals together was one of my favorite memories at my grandma's when id go-to Missouri for the summer. We'd snap beans and do strawberries in her porch. We'd cook every night either at her House or aunt Marcia and Uncle rexes house who was just a Walk away and all eat together. Have strawberry shortcake 🍰
Was the best summers and I Miss them all. Watching y'all makes me feel like family and I appreciate y'all sharing it with us. Love y'all.

I’m glad y’all got to have some family time together, it’s such a blessing. It’s good to have your family helping you in your garden. I’ve been working my summer garden for a while and yesterday started my fall garden. My wife helps a little, she’ll come out and inspect. I told her she’s a mix between 2 hunting dogs, a Setter and a Pointer. She sets and points out what I should do, I’m sure she’ll be speaking to me again in a day or two. God bless you.

I miss having supper at my mom and dad's. Seems like yesterday❤. Brings back good memories. We still get together in NC, but around 20 of us instead of 50. Can't believe yall haven't had carrot raisin salad. It's my favorite! Oh I was drooling over that cake. Been dieting now a few weeks and I'd kill for a piece😂. What a special video and especially seeing little Ira and how much he has grown! It will be awesome seeing him run and play in the yard and Olive right with him. All the food looked so good. So glad Corie and Austin moved to be near Matt and Tipper and this place is perfect for a family gathering. Well, it won't be long before more changes with a new baby and flowers and some veggies. I love having a towel on my stove also. The funny thing is my 3 year old great grandson thinks it is hilarious to walk through the kitchen and throw that towel on the floor. And then he laughs and laughs so much that I put it back and he does it again. Can't resist that cute laugh!
