Thanks for sharing. How's it going, have you had your first renters yet? We are currently researching buying a nicer family home and doing vacation rentals whenever we are out of town (holiday weekends, summer vacation, etc) and having a hard time finding content!!

Hello! It was STRESSFUL lol. Take your typical stress of vacations/holiday etc and add Airbnb style cleaning and hosting (and we have two littles) sooo haha yea, we learned a lot! I plan on doing a review video soon, so thanks for the question. Things like capsule wardrobing and extended days in between and before bookings made it a lot easier! We basically should have packed a bag for the whole summer… vs going and grabbing another bag of stuff every few days on between bookings.
