As a proclaimed Janiskinator, saw them on tour, met them at their house twice, had a fan page, and heavily listened to their music and watched their videos…. This was so insightful 😢 you definitely could feel that shift in the friendship as a fan and it wasn’t the same anymore. The energy was off and I slowly fell off. It was sad to see that pure joy that they started with on UA-cam dwindle over the years. I will say, I met the coolest people and had thee most fun than any other fandom that I was apart of in that season of life! I have some of the best stories as a Janoskians fan 🥹 I’ll always love them! Wishing all of them well! Love you Beau! -A Beau Girl 🫶🏽🤭
Whoever gave them the $ 20k for the merch contract really took advantage of kids, considering the size of the fan base at the time. Love when people own their stuff, all the best Beau!
Smartest thing for Beau to do would be writing a book surprised he didn’t mention it at the end. he’s clearly got heaps of interesting stories and tonnes of people would read it. Like I wasn’t a jonoskians fan but I would for sure read it
This is good content. Beau should look at using his Janoskian channel to just tell 5-10min stories from their times in LA in this format. He could smash it, 2 or 3 vids a week
It’s insane to me that the janoskians are no longer. I’m 24 now with a child but my bedroom use to be covered in Janoskians posters, I met them at Wembley arena in 2015, I saw them twice in Birmingham too 2014&2015. I genuinely believed me & Jai would get married. I was so popular at school the day after meeting them😂
This was a great interview and you are an excellent host. Asked all the relevant questions kind of in a rapid fire way to keep it interesting and never stagnant while at the same time letting your guest speak and complete their thought.
A few of their songs were actually pretty good and still in my playlist. They were so mismanaged and it was obvious when they starting falling. It was a shame.
underrated interview! i never liked the janoskians but beau’s turned out to be a good guy by the looks of it. i hope he keeps up with his tiktoks, i’ve been enjoying his content over there.
Thank you both for this insightful video guys. I’ve been a fan of the Janoskians from the start and feel blessed to be included in your journey. You’re a very strong person Beau and I’m very proud of you even if we never actually met. All the best to you boys and I’m really excited to hear your music!
As a former fan, I did generally hate them when the shift happened. I remember just how involved and loving they were to their fans and suddenly all of that was gone. This clears it up and I appreciate the candor. Happy to see they’ve grown up 💖
Very similar age and grew up watching these guys me and my friends were skulling milk making each other vomit and doing all sorts of those og challenges i know that Beau would remember what i'm talking about lol. I've gone through my own trials and tribulations so similar just not in front of the world nor experienced those highest of highs successfully obvs lol. By the end it motivated me about some things going on in my own life currently. Props to you Beau you're a legend i'm a big fan.
Beau if you some how come across this comment I just wanna say you were and still are a inspiration in my life and I will always be a fan. .Don't ever give up sometimes we gotta fuck up our lives to build it back better and it's good to see you building.
Heard of them but no idea what they did until now, but watched this video because all of the previous ones have been very entertaining. Beau seems like a proper decent bloke and has lived the life. Good on him and I hope he goes onto more successes. Kudos, Danny.
I was never a fan, considering I'm as old as the parents of the fan base. But hearing their stories years after their fame is quite fascinating. I've gone down the Janoskian rabbit hole these past few days. I wish them the best in all their personal and professional endeavors.
I rarely comment but i had to on this. This is an amazing interview. i love these boys so much because i lived through them. i never had the close mates or brotherhood these boys had so i kinda attached myself to them. i almost wish there was some way for me to help them achieve that level of success again!
Gonna be completely honest I’d never heard of them or this guy before as I’m a little bit older. Was expecting him to be a bit of a flog but he came across as very authentic and intelligent. Nice chat!
I really enjoyed watching this podcast! I was a big fan of Beau back in the day. I do scripting for a couple of podcasts and I'd suggest a couple of things to work on: - Keep the timeline consistent in a eay that it creates a storyline. Whether you're going from present to back in time or vice versa. Jumping in and out of timelines can take out continuity. - Keep the video title short and sweet and chuck all of those words you gave in the title into search engine keywords instead.
Thanks for sharing Beau, been here since the start & will continue to support until the end! You’ve done such an amazing job turning your life around. 🤍
I feel like the “inspired unemployed” are doing essentially what the janoskians did back in their day, with a different audience. Would be cool to see them all link up!
Summer soon turns to Autumn and then comes Winter, when you are young you do not realise that youth is not around forever, I wish him and all the Janoskians the best of luck for the future, And thanks for the laughs.
Xanax absoultley ruined me. Benzos are the devil! Worst withdrawal in the world too. Glad I’ve been clean three years now ❤❤❤ Well done Beau for turning your life around ❤
he then follows up by saying ‘we weren’t the first’ but i think he’s right that they were the first group to come out of australia to make that kind of content consistently. i can’t even think of another australian group who did
And this is a very interesting story from Beau. All I can think is "argh why didn't you do this, why didn't you do that!" feel like they should have had a reality TV show in a LA mansion of them just being idiots because tbh that's what they were good at! You had a talent for being really stupid and young and partying and causing chaos. People love to watch that and I feel like they tried to package the group as a clean cut one direction type thing and all the interesting stuff was behind the scenes. But at the end of the day there's no glory in vanity and hedonism, there's only insignificance. Our worth is not in our temporal health, wealth or popularity.
@@Dannysrants I've replied twice to this and both times UA-cam has deleted my comment. This is happening so often its getting ridiculous. Yeah, that one u funny man (I am replacing two other words with man hopefully this one will work) Enjoyed his episode too mate well done.

So true, they were so popular more than one direction at one point
