Wow! Great views of nature! Im thinking of picking up a peloton and the attack pants for hiking. It would've been nice if you guys would've mentioned what sizes you're wearing, height, etc. for reference
Kuiu has a fairly robust sizing chart that tells you what size you need. I've found their sizing to be accurate to what the chart/ algorithm determines.
I have a feeling that winter is going to hit hard here in Canada this time. The KUIU Peleton series is something I am interested in. Would your friends top be slightly warmer because it is darker? Thanks for the Outdoor - out there review.!
I think of the KUIU gear as a system. The layer-ability is the major advantage while maintaining breathability. Either choice will work well, but I would choose based in your shell and what your outer layer offers for warmth and protection.
If you are going to go out doors in all kinds of weather then better to go with the real deal clothing as apposed to crap cheap stuff . I like your choice thanks for sharing ATB and God bless you..
I never truly understood the benefit of high performance outerwear until I needed to stay safe in the mountains. Now i wear performance gear in the office...haha! It really does make a difference!
This comment is 2 years later but Kuiu is recognizing their gear is good for backpackers etc and have introduced new non-camo colors to almost all their apparel. I am glad a company is still makin burly outdoor gear while most of the outdoor companies are focusing on "fashion".
What color do you have there? Is that the gunmetal?

There's nothing more enjoyable than a good hoodie! Definitely the best!
