I need to thank you for this video. In fact, I started to watch Hakuouki many years ago and I found it boring. I didn't like Kazama at all. Now, after so many years, I saw this video and it made me want to watch the anime once more. I watched movie #1, then movie #2, then both series and games' playtroughts, becoming a great fan of Kazama Chikake and others. Thank you for this AMV, it's perfect, the music is great and goes so well with the animation
@@melissaa1508 im not sure what either of you mean by versions but theres the game (kyoto winds and edo blossoms) which provides a few additional characters, another game which is a highschool version of them as an otome (hakuoki ssl), a movie, a short chibi version which you can watch on UA-cam, a play, and 3 seasons - one is a prequel but I love it just the same, hakuoki reimeiroku. The games are only on psp/vita though, i literally bought a vita just to play them haha, worth it.
Hijikata seems like the franchise's main man and I do ship him with Chizuru most but realistically she ought to be with the Oni guy in this clip....I can never seem ti memorize all of the dude's name.
Genuinely really shocked and delighted by the quality of this AMV!! The scenes chosen are REALLY good (even had a couple that I hadn't seen before, which is a lovely surprise!) and the editing is very nice, and I ended up liking the song so much I hunted it down on Spotify for an endless-repeat listening session. This is definitely something I'll watch a lot just for the vibes, I like that you had some storytelling involved too with the progression of how Kazama and Chizuru's relationship is portrayed with the editing.
