And for all the other dudes they just admires her for the help she has done for them.
I remember i really enjoyed this anime! It was funny and the ending was so sad. The fact that he kept on telling her to stay with him forever 😢 still hoping for s2 where they could reunite!

Since she's already engaged and everyone knows yet they still flirt with her. I'm sure that even if she gets married they'd still jokingly flirt with her in front of her husband. Unlike other Harems, there's no hard feelings. So long as she's happy they don't mind who she chooses.
Actually many character of this anime is the Historical figure who are Ougai Mori, Shunsou Hishida, Otojirou Kawakami. They are real people and have background as on the story. In the real life, Ougai has a wife, and we can't change the history, about the novel that he wrote maihime too with the girl in german. And the MC is fiction 😢, i can't. I crying like idiot when i Saw the ending. But it is her choice, and about she wanna change her life in the past. That is not her era. And we know all of the the Male character mature and accept it, Even though they wanted her back to them, especially Ougai
This anime make me cry, it hurts a lot until now I can't stop imagine them😭😭 the ending was so sick😭💔 but I'm happy at least they'll prepared for Mei. Unforgettable anime!!! #sadbuthappy
