I've been there - great night and a very special concert - unforgettable. Thank you for sharing!
Real drummers know real drummers. One of the greatest to pick up a set of sticks. Unfortunately, most people that think they are drummer go to a Rush concert and wait for Peart to do a solo and think it's amazing. Watts is a master rhythm section that holds an entire band together by himself. That's what real drummers do. Thanks for posting this for the real drummers.
As Charlie reminded Mick Jagger "You are just the singer in my band". the way he brings in the second number just great.

This is classic. The piano player is just outrageous. We had a boogie woogie piano book for beginners, my dad wz born 1910, me '57, it was an old beginner book. It was always on the bottom in the piano bench, maybe it wz old. I'd dig thru all this music and always play it. I was like 9. Never heard a "boogie woogie", band, as such. This is outasite!! The 20212 album, live in Paris, is a, "better buy it". The piano player is incredable.
Oh well, there's a lot of good rock-n-roll drummers, but, Charlie's really got the vibe, the swing, the groove! When he's playing it makes me wanna move! Great lad!!
