    In this stereo you do not have to remove the CD unit from the Ford F150

      Yes,You need to keep your original CD unit,otherwise you 'll get sound issue

    Now I have this problem if you have any idea. I already installed the stereo in my f150 I have an AMP Kicker but the volume is at maximum and I cannot control it from the stereo or from the steering wheel, the stereo says it is at 0 but it does not sound very loud

    I purchased this unit for my truck and I am having this issue where I can’t hear anything via Bluetooth or through any apps. How do I purchase this audio box ?

      No need to buy audio box, it's included in the package. Please connect the audio box and turn it on in the car settings. Please contact our after-sales engineer for more help through the phone number in the package.

    I installed this and I have to put volume up all the way just to hear a little audio when connected to Bluetooth or trying to watch something. Only when I use the radio is when the audio is normal please help

      Connect the audio box that came in the package to the E10 and activate the switch in the settings.
