Definitely, it may isn’t a game with many jumpscares (for example Five nights at Freddys) and stuff like that, but the atmosphere is just amazing.

No stamina, but if you jump three times in a row Mono will stumble for a bit, so this is why you can see me jump twice then walk for a bit.

No, that's Mono. In this game there's a new feature where you can call Six, so that's just him calling Six over.
