Hi Mohammed, there are aren't enough facts here for me to give you a definitive answer on this. So sorry. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a consultation with one of our patent attorneys. Warmest regards, -john
I have spent the past two years studying trade secrets due to this misappropriation of my trade secret design by the world's largest consumer tech company. I am preparing to represent myself Pro Se if necessary, however, I would welcome the assistance of the proper attorney if the fit is right. I am the true designer behind the AirTag design and concept.
Congratulations on your invention, I am so sorry to hear of the misappropriation. I wish you great success in your efforts in this regard. Warmest wishes, -john
@@johnferrellesq. I know it sounds like a crazy person statement however, I have the documentation (NDA) to show I designed it in 2004. It was submitted to a development firm in Pittsburgh. The man (Paul G. Puskarich) credited with the AirTag which bears a striking similarity to my design is the neighbor of the development firm owner and lives 7 miles from his business.
@@answer420 Here is a super-interesting somewhat related story of Alexander Bell and Elisha Gray who both filed patents for the telephone on Valentine's Day 1876. The story is full of conspiracy, bribery and even a drunken patent examiner. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elisha_Gray_and_Alexander_Bell_telephone_controversy I wish you well with your invention. -john
Hi, John. I really enjoyed this new video. Absolutely true. Being coherent and avoid sounding like a crazy inventor is a good start in a conversation with a potential licensee. Great advice as usual. Thank you.
