Thank you so much for this! I’ve had two hip surgeries this year and balance is always something I working on. Excited to use these ideas, and it reminded me of some I have done in the past!!

The Tippy Bird exercise has helped me recover from a badly sprained ankle and regain my balance and stability that is so important for seniors like myself. Thanks for sharing this!

Hello. So I had a tight pelvic floor when standing up for a while but once I started fixing my single leg stability under the advice of my PT, my pelvic floor stared losening up and I am cured now.
But it keeps bugging me, why was my pelvic floor tightening when I was standing on both legs? Do you happen to know if the pevic floor could theoritically compensate for a lack of stability?

thx for watching; yes absolutely the PF can experience what we call 'overflow' m contractions when other muscles aren't able to do their job. Great fix!

I'm sorry to hear about that difficulty. Have you worked with a local physio recently to see what's going on? These exercises are still going to be useful but an achilles problem needs a custom approach - good luck!

Wow this is some very well produced and proffesional content! Im surprised to see that you didn't get more views, its unfortunate cause more people need to see this and you deserve it. I have tried all your one legged exercises in this episode and find them very helpful.
Do your have any experience with treating quadriceps femoris tendon injury? I have a partial tear of a few mm in the middle portion in my right quadriceps tendon that unfortunately wasn't correctly diagnosed until after a few years. I have made improvements and just this year I have been able to start some light jogging with is such a huge relief cause I thought I would never be able to run again considering the first years struggle. I still experience weakness in my calf, biceps femoris and of course quadriceps and always notice the right side feeling "inferior".
Main point in my question is if there are specific exercises that you can suggest and how well can one recover from this type of injury?

Thanks so much and thanks for watching! We're growing the channel with folks like you, one view at a time :-). Your question is a good one - short answer, yes there is a lot you can do for this type of injury. I am inspired to create a video to address this, as I know it is an area that can be tough to navigate. Stay tuned...

@@focusrehab I dont say wow often but that was the best reply i could have ever gotten! It has definetly been hard to navigate around this injury and the rehabilitation so a video on the subjet would be a blessing! Subsribed and i will be happy to promote your channel! Thanks again.
