I visited the factory in Ibach in April 2019. It was great!! You can't actually go into the factory. Instead, there's a Victorinox flagship outside and another one in the next town. It's amazing to see the building though. I took pictures, it was unforgettable.
Quality and quantity at the same time, an amazing company, i own over 30 Victorinox knives, not counting kitchen knives and other products. I never leave home without pocket knife in my pocket, on my belt or in my luggage as i always get those "i wish i had a screwdriver" situations
I love the pride and sparkeling in his and his forfathers eyes have. P.s. i have alot of victorinox pocket knives, love them, and recently bought the 8 inch fibrox chefs knive wich is awesome!
Just purchased the SwissChamp. Amazing. That level of technology to keep all the tools in a compact body is simply mindblowing. Cheers from Mauritius island.
Can't help but love these knives, I have a bit of an addiction to collecting them, I am not necessarily proud of it... My wallet definently isn't. As a company, I hope Victorinox continues to grow and prosper, they have certainly made me a happy customer!
I just bought the Mountaineer. I love it! It'll be new EDC. I'm 38 and have loved your knives since I was around 7 or 8 years old. Keep up the great work, quality, and customer service. I'll be a customer for life!
My first Swiss Army Multi-Tool was the Explorer in Cub Scouts. I've been hooked ever since. I now carry the Swiss Champ! It's the ultimate knife based multitool for my use. It is my constant companion. I use it everyday and sometimes it's simply a fidget toy! Every boy needs a Swiss Army knife! Ladies too!
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our Classic SAK's don't lock but many of the medium SAK's do and all large SAK's. Pls visit victorinox.com to see them. Best regards, Sue
My holy grail of swiss army pocket knives is a victorinox evolution s557 it's the perfect one for me I like that than having the pen knife it has a small nail file and it has a box wrench I love though I sad it doesnt have a straight pin hole
I have a SAK as well as a pocket knife made by J.Rogers of Sheffield England that looks the same shape only darker in colour but still a range of tools. Have you heard of them? Their logo is a star and the cross of Malta.
Yes, the guy doing the voiceover, who pronounces it Vic-toorr-ee-knocks and occasionally Victoria-knocks, makes several errors in just this short video.
Yes. It does depend on the laws of your country of course, but in switzerland lots of kids get one from their fathers. Me, for example, I got my first one when I was 6 years old from my father. I did cut myself sometimes, so he removed the blade, haha.
For a company that lost 30% of its revenue after 9/11, I don’t understand why there isn’t a better version of the jet setter? At least add a pen! More blade-less airport approved tools would be amazing.
It wouldn't make a difference though, they had to close the Victorinox shops in Duty Free areas of airports. So 2 models of Jetsetter wouldn't justify them opening new shops in airports.
Security Check points. The bane of anybody who owns a pocket knife. I have lost two pocket knives because of this. One at an airport and one at a Halloween fair event. My advice: If you want a pocket knife everyday, be sure it's a cheep one that you won't mind losing. If you want a really good knife. Don't have it on your key-chain. You might unintentionally bring it to a security check point. But besides that nit pick. Victorinox earns it's world reputation as a good product.

I will take your citizenship if you are giving it away but to hell with the rest, I am moving to South Africa, I am buying a hunting ranch and I am transforming myself into a Professional Hunter because is too short and the rent is too damn high. Nonetheless, I love to travel for hunting, got a young hot girl friend, got a lot of disposable income.. looking for new opportunities to explore together. just for the sake of exploring. Got a heart, seeking adventure and romantic gateaways, thrill junkie. did you know that initially, i and j, were the same letter?

With all the popularity macgyver brought to the Swiss Army knife, you'd think victornox would make a special edition macgyver Swiss army knife
bringoutthelegos would you buy one if it said macguyver on it?
Focusontrack yes.
You should've made a design than for the Classic SD design contest. We would all have cool MacGyver SAK keychains and you would be a hero.
