Paris Apartment House Flipper 2 Custom Build

This is a large sandbox build of an imaginary apartment building in Paris. I did quite a bit of research on apartments in Paris, and actually rented one several years ago for vacation. The architecture is more modern, but the interior includes many features of the more traditional style.
This building includes a street bistro, a lobby cafe and lounge. The occupants come from all walks of life. Today I am featuring a first floor apartment - most likely occupied by a successful singe woman. It is spacious and opulently furnished.
Each week I will post a tour of a different unit in the building. Hope you enjoy today's visit.
