Hi. I'm Lily. I've been having fun building homes in House Flipper 2 sandbox mode. The possibilities are endless!
House Flipper 2: Peacey's Family Home Renovation
The Peacey home had fallen into disrepair and was quite a shock to return to. I really didn't know what to do with this place for the longest time, but definitely like the results of this renovation. A small family has happily moved in now. (Too bad they don't have a lawn mower!)

Here is a small apartment with eclectic design: a 50's retro kitchen, vintage style retro bathroom, and living areas with one-of-a-kind custom furniture. The work room tells you that there is an artist in residence. I'm really in love with this place, and I hope that you enjoy the walkthrough.

This house was anything but verdant (meaning lush and green). It was dark and messy and triggered my claustrophobia! It has been completely overhauled to a bright, welcoming home. The garage was converted to a studio apartment for the young adult kid who hasn't quite launched into their own place. Enjoy the tour. Subscriptions are welcome and appreciated.

Here's a tiny cabin home with a bohemian style interior. Watch for the unconventional lighting in the dining area and office niche. There are several pieces of custom furniture, including the upstairs daybed, outdoor benches on the back patio, and a mission style church pew on the side. This build was a lot of fun to do. Here's a flip of a messy house into a midcentury style mansion. So sorry for the distracting flickering lights that appear sporadically. I tried everything to get rid of them (changing time of day, turning off lights, and eliminating reflective surfaces) all to little benefit. Still loving this house. Hope you do too!

Not my house, but I kinda wish it was. Boho, short for bohemian, refers to that which is unconventional in an artistic way. Expect the unexpected in terms of color choice and design. I am particularly fond of the retro bathroom that harks back to my childhood in the 1960's. Enjoy the tour, and maybe subscribe to my channel if you do!

How did you make that path? You are becoming a pro with those sandbox tools now. I'm still on the very basic level.😁seeing jars have fruit and vegetables in your recent videos. . the cauldron, do we have that now? Hope nobody knocks on my door this year..i always get spooked😧..once this scary big gorilla and a bunch of witches came to the door, not kidding you, that gorilla kid 🦍was taller than me, his parents were standing in the driveway...reassuring me all is fine, i didn't have any treats that's why i got spooked🍬🍭
Check out @GamerNans channel for some of the ideas that I used. The cauldron is a hanging pot, and the path is made with the jungfrau molding, which has many possibilities in sandbox mode. Just keep playing around. Hope you have a Happy Halloween this year!

@@Lilypad_2468 Absolutely beautiful! I've started a mid century modern in very similar colors. Got a picture which i will hang on the wall in my flip, that got me inspired. Pastel colors: mint, citrus yellow, pink, peach and off white.. Modern furniture only 😃

Neo Classical Santa Fe NM house. You have the color, the curves, modern aspects with straight lines, the desert garden. The oval pool decorated with creative tiles. And the living room is really cozy and artistic, just as the culture of Santa Fe. You did a great job! Hopefully Dev will see it too.

Really very beautiful house👍 Made the tree house once in the Minecraft. It was lots of fun. It has never occurred to me that building the tree house is possible in House Flipper2. Very original!

You have made many wonderful houses in sandbox. All your videos have lag and i am thinking , this could be your recording settings. I'm recording my games with OBS and was able to fix lagging and record in 2k. Correct settings can lower your CPU and improve resolution a lot even when your computer is on the lower end. My pc is old and i don't have Nvidia graphic card but can play and record game in higher quality.
Hey thanks. I am still working out the bugs with recording. You can tell that I'm new to this. I use OBS, but haven't found the ideal setting for my system. Can you recommend a video for instruction on this? I appreciate your comments.
@@Lilypad_2468 I can guarantee that what this guy is saying actually does work. BEST OBS Recording Settings For LOW END PC 2024 (NO LAG) just copy-paste in youtube search box. I've looked at many videos explaining this and they all are saying the same.

@@Lilypad_2468 The faster you are recording-(the output), the lesser quality. Medium output is for strong graphic card like Nvidia. Fast and very fast setting for your CPU can record the game play in sharp 1080p=60 frames per second . It's the recommended setting. My monitor is 4k but not matched with my graphic card. When I change the card I will be able to record in 4k. Now the best i can do is 2k for game recording. All the best!
