  • This is a simple to make pork in tomato sauce recipe which can be made in less than one hour. We serve this tasty dish with fresh crusty bread and homemade chips. This lean pork which is cooked in tomato sauce can also be eaten as a tapa which is very common in Spanish tapas bars. The best thing is that you can prepare it in advance as it will taste even better if it rests overnight, the flavours will be accentuated and the sauce will gain much more consistency. Can it be frozen? Of course, when you want to consume it, you move it from the freezer to the fridge in advance so that it defrosts slowly, and then you can heat it up in the microwave or in a saucepan over a slow setting.     Stunning, my friend👍! Only 3•5 sprouts? That's a teaser not a taster, mate🤷‍♂️. When I cook pork dishes I usually add fennel seeds. Fennel and pork are bestest buddies☝️. I'd go half rice/half chips just like with a takeaway curry🤤! Salud 🍷👍🏻!

      Hahaha, yes I think that this would have been even better with more sprouts in it, maybe I next time I will add half a kilo towards the end and boil them in the sauce together with the meat... ¡Gracias y Salúd!🍷👍
