@dan-e6r7d that's cool! I'm not super familiar, so I did some quick googling and you are right! It does look like that's what they were going for! That's cool!
its a beautiful animation that im fighting right now to want to get for my guardian. but the animation overall makes it appear like this is a little slower at gathering things which, for anyone who does wvw and have to fly through those resource nodes everytime they cap a tower or keep before quickly moving on with the zerg.... its a very important factor.
I am not sure how they stack up speed wise yet, but when I got them in game, the animation seemed faster than the videos showed. I think the FAST website tracks the speeds, but I don't see that they added this set yet
@@rubyburritog i ended up buying them because as a Paladin/Guardian main this just screemed me so i was a sucker this time. lol. can confirm they are pretty quick. at the very least just as competatively fast as any other gathering tool.
I have been liking them! in game they seem a lot faster than the preview showed, but I bet they will add more cool ones that I'll end up replacing with in the future XD
@borislavangelov3697 the 2700 gems does look to be expensive, but if you grab glyphs of volatility in the choice chests, they are around 800g on the TP right now. The ones in this bundle are account bound and not tradeable, but the value would be around 2,400 gold which is much more than it would cost to get 2700 gems in gold! Currently 100g is 225 gems so if we say 2,000 gold worth of glyphs, that's 4,500 gems!
@@rubyburritog 2800 gems are 35 euro... the last expansion base price, cost less... or 1173 gold in the moment... almost the cost of crafting legendary weapon... and that for a skin on tools... that even account bound, can be used by 1 character at a time is ridiculous! For that price they must be added in the legendary armory at least.
@@borislavangelov3697 That is for sure a fair point, it is more expensive to buy this set than the base expansion, I cant argue with that! The main saving grace is if someone, like me, was planning on buying glyphs, when I did gold to gems, it was cheaper to get this set than 3 volatile magic glyphs. I think it would be nice if they added a "legendary" version of the unbreakable tools, like you suggested, then they could sell either skin and glyph sets, or just skin sets, something to make the skins a little cheaper to get!
And if you would convert 2700 gems to gold, it would be 776 at this moment. Also it makes a HUGE diffrence if you just get it for the skin or you actually need infinite tools or the glyphs. Did you consider that this game's expansions are waaaaaay cheaper than pretty much everything else currently on the market in somewhat similar category? Not to mention how easy it has become to farm gold. It may indeed appear like a lot, but in my oppinion the price is more than fine unless you literally just go for the skin. You can make this argument for any gemstore skin.
Reminds me of gilgamesh from fate stay night
Actually, that's exactly what they're going for since the character looks like him too. Pretty cool.

@honnorgaurd hahaha I know the feeling, glad you like them though and that they are fast enough!
Thanks for the showcase, I wasn't really impressed with the preview but they look really good indeed. Maybe I get them someday after all. :)

Look. A cool looking emote locked to a gathering tool set and not sold to use independently.
I am hoping living world season 3 and 4 will be on a special sometime soon. I really want to get it
That would be cool! I hope they do too, I would love to see them give it to everyone for free again too, help people get access to the content!
omg love the tool.
@@SimplyCozy777 I had to pick them up! I'm wiped of gold now, but it was worth it!
cool tools but too expensive...

who tf in the world will purchase skins on tools? :))) go home GW2
It's not just skins as it is full tools and glyphs. Even if they are just skins, look at mount skins and how they sell overwhelmingly.
