I literally subscribed today. I had found your channel a few months ago and saved your Teachable to TC walkthrough. I found the video again yesterday and after sharing it with a VA this morning I subscribed to your channel. So glad I did because where you are now and your journey over the last year is exactly where I need to head towards in two businesses that I run (one I’m a partner and Integrator and the other is my own biz). Definitely need to figure out the strategy for both businesses and extracting myself out of the daily and mead from the top.

Just found you for the first time, but welcome back any ways lol. So I've been in sales 20+ yrs and marketing about 8 yrs and am looking to build a marketing agency using GHL for a lifestyle type business I would LOVE to see the full blueprint of how you did it for yours!
Learn to work on top of the biz instead of inside it all the time. That's where myself and others then will be able to scale our businesses. Nice to see you back by the way.

We've built a custom solution on top of WooCommerce + WordPress. Very powerful and has great analytics, but it is not very beginner friendly and there's a lot to maintain :)
