Precisely what I was thinking as well. The fact that there are over 70 listings in the Wedgefield area (not including lots to build) tells you all you need to know about where prices need to go.
GOOD LUCK 😂 finding a 1 acre lot with New home in orange county especially a beautiful community like wedgefield. For less than that , is well priced for this hidden gem of a community like this if you know you know. 😊
About 250K too much in my opinion. Great house though. I like when builders 1) put enough cabinets in the kitchen, 2) use bi-fold doors on closets {Regular doors take up too much real estate in the bedrooms when opened or the sliders dont give you a wide enough access to the closet}, 3) Have a formal dining room 4) use hard surfaces for flooring 5) showers with ceramics that go to the top of the wall. This builder ticked off a lot of boxes.
@@lisacorreia7160 Hello Lisa and welcome to the channel. Thank you for watching this tour. I’m happy to know you enjoyed the tour. Yes the price points in this area are on the higher side. However, for what you are paying for in Orlando at that same price point with a .16 acre lot, I’d take the 1 acre lot all day just 20 mins away. Thanks again for watching the tour. Excellent tour and production. I agree with your comments as well. I like the choice of floors and colors. The refrigerator should have been larger for this size home. The interior doors aren't my favorite design. Great lot and very private. Knowing the comps in the area would be interesting. Great exterior bathroom. Thanks !!!!🎉
@@jamesmaccari9128 hello James and thank you for your continued support! Always good to see you in the comment section leaving your feedback. I agree with your comments as well. The refrigerator could’ve been a bit larger if not a custom fridge for that kitchen. The tall ceilings does make it look like a mini fridge from some angles. The closet doors are interesting in design. Different from what I’ve seen in recent new builds. Prices vary in the area. Lots are typical half to full acre lots. But most new homes are being listed from the mid $600s to high $700s. I’ve seen some price reductions lately. Time will tell what this one will sell for. Thanks again for the continued support. @@allanbalbuena6236 hello Allan. Thank you for your continued support. I hope you enjoyed this one. I actually filmed this two days ago this week. So after the hurricanes. Central Florida, along with the East Florida cities weren’t really affected by the storms other than the areas that experienced tornados.
The painters they used on this property at this price range should not be used in future builds. I can kind of understand the touch-ups if they come back for a 3rd time to repaint, but they definitely don't understand the meaning of poor workmanship with the rest of the final finishing. Just for example, go back to the lanai and look at where the floor meets the wall. The house itself is really nice with a great floor plan.
@@steve345 Hello Steve and welcome to the channel. Thank you for watching the tour and for taking the time to leave your feedback. I agree with you regarding the painters. The touch ups with the wrong paint color and the mistakes in the lanai are small details. However, they shouldn’t exist. The good thing is those would have to be corrected prior to closing. There are other items I could see going on a punch list for this one. It is still a nice home as you mentioned with a well designed floor plan. Thanks again for watching the tour. This insurance on this home would be astronomical.

Beautiful home. I agree that the price seems high for this home but, 1 acre of land near Orlando is huge. ❤
