It works! Difference in getting clean is that you’re not living in your rig full time but staying few days to week or so. Basic set up just enough to rise off dirt and get in bed clean. Good idea.

I like your minimalist approach all around, kudos! I watched a video without a microphone and this one with mic. Audio is MUCH better. Thanks for another good video. S

Thank you for watching. And for letting me know that the microphone is really helping audio.

I really liked your camper build. When I shower on the road, I use a product from Amazon called Invation. I like the fact that it has a hanger for the showerhead and the showerhead is a real showerhead. Maybe will run across each other sometime in the fall when I head out to the west.

Thank you! That sounds like a nice product. And it would be fun to run across you out on the road. Enjoy your travels!

Joolco quick deploy awning shower works well. I put quick release awning mounts on the side of the rig so it does not have to stay out while traveling.

I've seen that and it looks great. Honestly, their whole shower system looks great. Maybe a potential upgrade when I'm ready to spend money on something with a water heater. Have you tried their water heater also?

That's a great set up , actually I've been thinking about getting something like that for Tucker for days when he finds a mud hole just before we get back to the vehicle , would do for a much cleaner dog getting back in the truck LOL. That looks like something that would work for that too. Thanks for the tip,

It does work nice for rinsing a dog off. I don't make Glia sit in the tub, but the pump and nozzle work great to spray and rinse her with.

@@WanderwithKate yeah that's what I was thinking for Tucker as well he probably won't fit in the tub lol

I bought a similar pump. Initially, it worked fine but the battery didn't last and wouldn't charge a year later. Note: if recycling the water, try using a typical Camco or similar blue filter for a cleaner shower.

Oh, that's good to know. So I might be looking at a short lifespan for the pump. And I'll have to see if Camco filter threads into the hose well, because that is a great suggestion!

I'm puzzled, I grew up washing myself with warm water & a flannel, I only got to use a shower at 16 when I joined the navy. You don't don't need a shower & as for the nuts who bring half a cupboard of crap to have coffee dear oh dear.

I'm impressed. The less a person can travel with the easier it is to hit the road. But I'm also curious... how do you wash your hair with just warm water? Do you use shampoo or soap at all?
I don't need a full shower every day, but I do like to wash/shampoo my hair once or twice a week at least. To be fair, I was raised with an easily accessible shower and am used to showering regularly.
