Those were some good races…most people who don’t own Hellcats have no idea how fast they really are, yeah it’s heavy & the traction can be challenging. But with a couple of mods & changing the rear tires… these boats move… I love having a old/new school muscle car… it’s the main reason I bought a Hellcat.
Only costs around 3800$ to go from 707hp to 940hp (crank) all bolt on with an extra PCM. I took all the mods off and put stock Chinese tires on it to make these race more interesting. Typically runs around 10.9 stock and 9.45 full bolt on with 100oct. Crazy cars man, dodge did a fine job. Not knocking how nice of a car that Mercedes is either 👌👌

Thought about installing a 4.5 whipple & changing the drive shaft… I would definitely have to run drag radials in the rear… my Hellcat is a 17’ 13k mikes on the car… I hear if you mod the car, dodge will void your warranty though

That C did a great job with only 500hp , & the hellcat driver is just so professional.. I like the race & I would love to see E63 with that hellcat it would be an interesting race
N the fact that it’s not really meant for only straight line thing has crazy track times also watch it compared to M3 f80 it loses only by a little so you get straight line speed n great handling as the hellcat that thing is meant to leave anything in a straight line I like the chargers better just wish they could make em handle like a fucking m5 or something lol then I’d definitely be interested in one because that wide body charger is beautiful but I like fast and nimble

Well, seemed closer than expected, honestly. Usually when Audis, Mercedes or BMW is set in normal mode, it feels like 300 hp because it's mostly for comfort. But what's even MORE surprising is how close the races were when in sport+. Considering that the C63S has 200+ less, it did pretty good compared to other American cars with 200hp less.

@@dnegel9546 Cant really answer because I dont know how they are launching it but for most of the video he wasn't getting that much wheel spin. I've tried to use launch control a couple of times but I've had better 60ft times with just throttle control.

I ended up buying a 2021 c63 amg few weeks after i saw this video and it's been my favorite car! yes, not the fastest car in the world, but i just recently got it tuned. however, nothing like the interior of a mercedez. i love smoking all these camaros and mustangs rattling windows with their slow ass cars.
Crazy you can get that amg for 50k and have luxury and if you really wanted to you could even get stage 2 or even 3 and beat the hell cat and at that point the only people who should scare you are spoon engine civics

I test drove stickshift Challenger hellcat recently and at low rpm its kinda wierd coz it feels like it has Lag at higher Rpms wants to fish tail ... turning traction control and stability control off Not recommended !!!

the hellcat drivers throttle control was impeccable. I don’t think I saw any rubber or smoke and that’s usually how 99% of hellcat launch’s go 😂😂

Yeah would make for a different viewpoint, my drones have a “follow me” mode so he could activate it from the car and it would just pace him. 👌🏽
You may position drones high above the course, one maybe 1/3 and another 2/3 into the course to provide the aerial view of the entire race.

My 2016 Hellcat did 11.2 at 126 Mph in the 1/4 mile. My 2019 Redeye did 10.5 at a 137 mph.
