Standup Paddleboarding (SUP) is an amazing way to get out on the water and enjoy the great outdoors. It’s easy to learn and can be great fun for all ages and abilities. You don’t need a lot of expensive equipment and you can do it on your own or with others. The simplicity of SUP is what makes it so appealing to many.

Good info but perhaps also worth considering the interaction of the wind AND tide. As a sometime sea kayaker I know that with a strongish wind when the wind direction is moving against the direction of the tidal flow it can lead to very choppy confused water ….and conversely wind with tide can smooth out the water conditions.

Hi Mike, yes this is a very good point and something maybe we should've touched on in the video. i look at wind and tides before paddling I learn this during scuba diving and sailing we have this thing called dive plan and sailing plan
