Backing Up In A Parking Lot-Driving Lesson For Beginners

- In this video, I go over a driving lesson on backing up in a parking lot. I divided up the lesson into two specific parts. One of the parts has to do with reversing in a straight line while being in a parking lot, and the other part has to do with backing out of a parking spot. I talk about every aspect of reversing including where to look, and what to do with the steering wheel when you are backing up. Overall, it's a simple lesson that is geared towards beginner drivers, but I think that experienced drivers can learn a few things from watching it as well!

HINT: ALWAYS - "Before" actually backing up, give your horn a short tap to beep the horn to let those know surrounding your vehicle that your now going to back up...the horn alerts others nearby rather than silently just backing up.

This could be helpful at alerting others, but still horns tend to be very disturbing and should definitely not be used around people unless there is some serious emergency.
I once did a slight tap (knowing that some people could be disturbed if I would have made it any prolonged) but it still caused disturbance to some girls standing about a car length ahead.
