- Hey guys! Happy bank holiday, I hope you’ve all been having a lovely day! Here in Gloucester it’s tradition for a cheese rolling contest to take place and so I decided to go and watch. I hope you enjoy 😊

Awh I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! I thought it would be good to Vlog it as it’s something a bit different. And yes even the subway survived although a little squashed! 🤣 😂
It was so cool that there were so many people from all over the globe watching the event this year too. I think it made it even more special ☺️☀️🇺🇸

It’s so cool to see it! I think people tend to underestimate the size of this hill when you explain it to them. It’s only when they see it for themselves or watch clips of it they realise just how dangerous an event it actually is! All for the love of cheese! 🧀 😂
@@WanderlustWilce hi & thanks, other than the love of cheese, I had wondered what a person has to do to enter this event. I am guessing that next year full body protection might be a possibility.
@@greniepage5775 I think a lot of people just enter it so they can say that they did it! I love cheese but my love for it isn’t enough to make me want to compete 🤣 😂

This is so bizarre, but I love it. I think that we live such sheltered lifestyles , something like this surely shakes that up, it’s like MMA but the hill is the one beating you up😂…..
Yes definitely got to get out there and experience the world! They’re is so much to see and do around the world but also it’s important to appreciate the things where you live on your doorstep that you probably overlook or forget about!
Yeah especially when One ends up in hospital with a nice concussion, a couple of broken ribs or a broken arm, a nice way to get out of the rut! 😂😂😂😂
nice, but it is reminiscent to the kind of events where participants aint worried about getting injuried, reminds me of S. Firmino feast with people going there to be chased by raging bulls, no?

@@WanderlustWilce He had scarfs and certificates to give the winners in there but I also thought it was funny how he was walking around with a Tesco carrier bag- it looked like he'd just been shopping!
