How is it possible to fly withe batteries for the hybrid system? They are considered to be very dangerous for flight

Is it harder to do so with the hybrid cars these days, being that some think they could ignite a fire on the plane? I'm not in the camp that believe that EVs/hybrids burn more frequently than regular gas or diesel cars, but there are some that think so.
And, does each Team have to go through this maneuver of planing or do all teams go with the same companies like it used to be with Formula-E, be it for better rates and/or services and logistics.
