We're in the same boat! Elden sought out this unique piece and was generous to share some details with us. We do know that the neck is a custom job by Mikhail Chtchetinine, aka Mikey Guitar, hailing from Toronto.

Thanks for the information. With just a little searching I did find Mikey Guitars on Facebook, which has their contact information. Since I'm based in Montreal I will likely try to visit their shop next time I head to Toronto. Thanks for the great interview/video which introduced me to the playing and wonderful talent of Elden Kelly!
